Round Rock Retreat 4 miles from Kalahari Resort

Our beautiful two-story home is minutes away from Downtown Round Rock and few miles from central Austin. We are close to everything including shopping, and entertainment such as H-E-B, Round Rock Outlet, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts. What makes our home so inviting is the location, the modern décor, the outdoor space, and ease of access to all the major highways. No matter your reason for visiting Austin, whether it be business or leisure we offer all the comforts of home.

Our four-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience for just about any guests looking to visit Austin. The home has a large relaxing loft with plenty of seating. There is also an outdoor balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Our modern kitchen has all the necessary kitchen items needed to cook a wonderful meal and what’s Texas without barbeque, well we have that covered also just head out to the backyard and fire up the grill. Once back inside unwind and watch a movie on our 55-inch Fire TV. Lastly feel free to fall asleep in one of our seven comfortable beds.

Our guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding areas which include a community pool, walking trails, playground and basketball court. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.

There is also additional parking available in addition to the two-car garage.

We can be reached at anytime via phone, text or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
