On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a large double bed, TV and reading corner for cosy hours with a good book. There is a living room with a corner sofa, dining area and TV. There is also a DVD player and a stereo system. A kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fan-assisted ceramic hob, fridge and extractor bonnet is ideal for cooking and eating. There is a dining area for two for cosy breakfasts for two. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The toilet is separate. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a bed measuring 1.80 x 2 metres and a television. The other room has a bed measuring 1 x 2 metres and 1.4 x 2 metres. It also has a television. Upstairs you will find a second bathroom with shower and WC for the upper guests. Although there is sleeping accommodation for six people, the house is only rented out for up to five people. This gives everyone the opportunity to find their own individual place. Small dog by arrangement. Bicycles for hire. 200 m² are fenced. All bedrooms and the living room have a TV.
There is a garden with terrace and seating furniture, as well as a car park. The house has a bathhouse with wellness area. You can relax and unwind in the sauna or the 6-person whirlpool even in bad weather. The bathhouse is also used by guests from house 2.
There is an extra charge for using the sauna and whirlpool. The whirlpool can only be booked for the entire stay. Guests who wish to use our sauna must bring their own sauna towels. The sauna and whirlpool are generally available all year round. Although the sauna and whirlpool are regularly maintained and checked, it is theoretically possible for something to break. We would therefore like to point out that there is no legal claim to the sauna and whirlpool. Please note that pets are not allowed on the first floor.
There are restaurants and shops in the nearby village, about four kilometres away. Please bear in mind that the house is located in a rural area. There can and will be agricultural work around the property in summer. These activities can lead to unfamiliar noises and odours. There is a video camera on the grounds of the holiday home. This monitors activities when the house is unoccupied. After repeated break-in attempts, this preventative measure seems sensible to us.
