Outside you have a large and a small terrace with waterfront.
The approx. 100 m² garden is completely fenced in.
The house is furnished with leather sofas and a high-gloss kitchen.
Dishwasher, washing machine and all kitchen utensils make kitchen work fun. You don't have to do without any comfort even on holiday.
The house has a bathhouse with wellness area.
You can relax and unwind in the sauna or 6-person whirlpool even in bad weather. The bathhouse is also used by guests from House 1. There is an extra charge for using the sauna and whirlpool. The whirlpool can only be booked for the entire stay. Guests wishing to use our sauna must bring their own sauna towels. The bathhouse can only be used after 21:30 by arrangement with guests from House 1. The sauna and whirlpool are generally available all year round. Although the sauna and whirlpool are regularly maintained and checked, it is theoretically possible for something to break. We would therefore like to point out that there is no legal claim to the sauna and whirlpool. You can rent a bicycle at the holiday home.
Please bear in mind that the holiday home is located in a rural area. There can and will be agricultural work around the property in summer. These activities can sometimes lead to unfamiliar noises.
There is a video camera on the property that monitors activities when the house is unoccupied. Some attempted break-ins have made this measure necessary.
If you would like to bring a dog, please enquire before booking! Please note that pets are only allowed on the ground floor and not on the first floor.
Please also note that it is not possible to bring a cat.

Location description : Bunde is a unified municipality in the East Frisian district of Leer in Lower Saxony. Bunde is located in the Rheiderland, one of the four historical landscapes of the district of Leer.
Wikipedia: Bunde (East Frisian: Bunn) is a municipality in the East Frisian district of Leer in Lower Saxony. Bunde is located in Rheiderland, one of the four historical landscapes of the district of Leer. The municipality lies on the Dollart, a bay of the North Sea, and is the only East Frisian municipality to have a land border with the Netherlands.
Bunde is one of the smaller unified municipalities in East Frisia. The 7626 inhabitants live on approximately 121 square kilometres, which results in a relatively low population density of 62 per square kilometre. Just over half of the inhabitants (just under 3900) live in the eponymous capital. The high proportion of Dutch people (just under nine per cent) is remarkable.
At 2.5 metres below sea level, Wynhamster Kolk is one of the lowest points in Germany. This is an area that was drained at the beginning of the 19th century and flooded by the sea after the Second Cosmas and Damian Flood in 1509. Large parts of the municipal area were reclaimed from the sea by creating polders.
The municipality is economically characterised by agriculture and tourism. The municipality has been a "state-recognised resort" since 1998. Manufacturing industry plays only a very minor role. Bunde is a commuter community, especially to the district town of Leer. Most of the Dutch residents commute to the neighbouring country. The state of Lower Saxony lists Bunde as a basic centre.
The municipality's cultural heritage includes the 13th century Reformed Church of the Holy Cross in the main town and the Bunderhee stone house, a tower castle from the 14th century that was later extended, making it one of the oldest castle complexes in East Frisia. The polder areas are home to some exceptionally large estates.

In the nearby village, about four kilometres away, you will find restaurants and shopping facilities. Please bear in mind that the house is located in a rural area. There can and will be agricultural work around the property in summer. These activities can lead to unfamiliar noises and odours. There is a video camera on the grounds of the holiday home. This monitors activities when the house is unoccupied. After repeated break-in attempts, this preventative measure seems sensible to us.
