Two bedrooms upstairs with a king and a queen bed, both with their own bathroom, plus loft on the third floor, with a queen bed and a trundle bed ( 2 singles), ample lanai space, washer and dryer in unit, large kitchen, sits on the island's southernmost point, with great complex amenities. Walking distance to two of Kauai's south shore pristine beaches Poipu Beach and Shipwrecks.

Perfect family getaway! The living and dining areas are spacious and breezy on the main floor, so your whole family will feel comfortable. Generous kitchen for cooking fabulous meals, and the lanai looks out over the ocean with a great view of remarkable sunsets every night. Please note this unit is on the third level and there is not an elevator, once inside the condo, there are three levels as well.

The location is great! We thought the pictures didn't do the view justice. You can walk to several beaches from here. It is an older property, so there is some wear and tear and doesn't have the amenities newer resort properties. Also, fyi that the upstairs bedroom can be a bit hot to start the night out but it was perfect for our family. We appreciated the welcome package with coffee and that it had beach chairs, towels and sand toys available for use. Loved it and would definitely consider staying again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo itself is old and it was pretty dirty. Also it rained a lot and the walls were leaking. Water was coming through the door jam and other parts of the master bedroom. Has to have towels and buckets on the floor for two days. As it constantly dripped. Called and management sent someone out later that day and they tried to fix it. Spent several hours waiting around for them to come and then a couple hours while they tried to fix that and the tv. Management was good to work with so we appreciated that. Just wouldn’t stay here again because it was old and really dirty. Food crumbs, dust, old crusty sock showers had hair in them, etc.

The stay was good.The only thing that needs attention is the shower curtains they were moldy and some improvement in cleaning under the couch and beds .Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

This place was fantastic! 3 levels, 2 3/4 bathroom. Easy access to anywhere near the south side of the island. Very clean. Internet worked well. Easy access to Shipwreck Beach for the best sunrise on the island.Reminder***bring your own shopping bags for groceries otherwise you’ll have to buy them at the grocery store.

Relaxing place

This condo was great for our family plus grandma. Having two bedrooms plus the loft gave us space to spread out and the large dining table was good for meals and playing games. We used the cooler every day on our car trips around the island.

I rate it a 6.5 out of 10. Great things- provided nice beach towels, beach chairs, mats, water shoes, provided cooler. Appreciated the ziplock sandwich and storage bags. Bad: mold on shower curtains and showers, downstairs bathroom had mildew smells, washer had mildew so we had to buy cleaner, carpet upstairs had black stains, kitchen stovetop lights and fan were glitching - flashing on and off, stovetop dials did not have temperature info as it was worn out - making it hard to know what was high or low, sink turned on on its own constantly, no dish rags provided, windows/patio doors need to be cleaned, remote for the fans in bedrooms were not working and hard to understand, tv in first bedroom did not appear to work, living room tv remote was missing battery cover, lanai patio doors do not lock/ fully close. POSITIVES:* All of the many things included for supplies in all rooms, beach supplies, laundry supplies, kitchen, bedding, etc* Location was awesome! Seeing ocean from Lanai. * Having 1 guaranteed spot to park was nice* Keyless lock/entry was a perk* Pool & hot tub area was clean & welcoming. No issues* Walking distance to both sunrise AND a sunset - awesome!* The condo was spacious & comfortableOTHER:* Obvious mold in showers* Bad mold/mildew smell in laundry washing machine* Lights & ceiling fans in each room do not work regularly or consistently. They all turned off or on without us doing anything. So we had no choice but to leave them off.

This was perfect for our party of 8. Two bedrooms, one had a king bed and the other had a queen, and a loft with a full bed and a day bed with a trundle. Note: this condo is on a second story with no elevator. The 2 bedrooms are up another flight of stairs, and the loft is up a 3rd set of stairs; so you get your exercise. There are two full bathrooms and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is nice to prepare food and relax in the living/ dining area.They even have beach towels (8) and beach chairs (I think 7 or 8) and sand toys and some snorkel sets (but only 1 pair of flippers). There was only one boogie board and it was about to fall apart.The condo is next to the ocean, but has lava rock and is too dangerous to swim. It's a few minute drive to Poipu beach where you can swim and snorkel, and if you go in the evenings you can usually see sea turtles!This is on the south side of Kauai, so if you want to do things on the north side you have to drive about an hour or more, depending on where you're going. We had a very fun stay and would highly recommend this unit. Thank you!

Property met our needs and AC a great amenity! Condo was comfortable but could use an update in decor to make it more pleasant for a vacation stay. Could use a better more thorough cleaning between guests. Location on the island is great.
