Beautiful home/mini farm sanctuary on 5 acres

Breakfast with the mini-horses? Lunch with the ducks? Dinner with the puppies? Or just here for the CU game? Come and stay at this beautiful, totally renovated home only 10 minutes from downtown, though it feels like you're miles away. Perfection!

We were welcomed to the property by Myles and our 3yo immediately got to feed all of the animals. The house was beautifully decorated for Easter and furnished to meet all of our needs. We had so much fun playing with all of the animals throughout our stay. They gave us recommendations and help as we needed. We spent much more time than we planned at the home because it was so relaxing. We're so happy we chose to stay here!!!!

We bought this property in 2012, and have lived here since then. We love Colorado and being up in the mountains, and are excited to share our place with you. As you'll see below, this is a mini-farm rescue (down the road we'll have a bigger one!).

We live in a basement apartment below the main house. We will not bother you at all, unless you need us! You’ll see us outside caring for the animals throughout the day of course. If you have ANY questions – hiking recommendations, a desire to hang out with the horses, unsure of how to work the TV – just ask – we’re fully available to assist when you need us.

Why they chose this property

This is a mini-farm sanctuary. Each of our 11 animals have been rescued from being put down in some form, whether at the slaughterhouse or shelter. Relax on 5 acres with the animals - but you're still only 10 mins to central Boulder.
