This sixth-floor condo has something for everyone, whether you're here to enjoy the beach or just hang out in a luxurious vacation retreat! Head down to the shared pool to cool off after a hot-weather hike or walk along the shoreline with someone you love. The suite's full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and you can dine alfresco on the balcony.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view and the location were perfect and exactly what I needed. It does need a few updates (ceiling peeling, older appliances) but nothing awful. Will definitely stay again!

The beach views were awesome. The access to the beach the showers at the beach. Everything was wonderful. The condo itself was not clean. I saw roaches in the kitchen. The ceiling was falling down over the island. All in all it needed a very deep clean I won’t stay there again.

Wouldn’t rent again

I wouldn’t rent this condo again. I love seaside and racket but not this condo. It smelled like mold and we noticed mold on the ceiling in the kitchen and living room. The Tv in the main bedroom wouldn’t work. Kept saying no signal. Also the patio door was hard to open. Furniture was old and curtains in main bedroom were ripped.

Beautiful view-

Loved the view. Was comfortable but a bit stuffy. Master bedroom got hot with the afternoon sun shining in on it and could have used sun blocking drapes. Clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Would have been nice to know that although linens were provided, there wasn’t a single blanket. Other than only one set of elevators working, nice stay . ;)

Room was NOT good but we made the best of it

When we arrived we didn’t know the room was NOT keyless! We had to carry a key around everywhere just to get into our room . Opening the box was hard & unlocking and locking the door alone was a serious challenge! We thought that was the only thing wrong with the room but we were wrong. Walking into the kitchen we noticed the kitchen drawer was completely broken! It would not go in and constantly stuck out keeping you from opening the other drawers! Later that night when starting the dish washer we noticed that 2 of the wheelers were broken and melted to the inside of the dish washer! The living room rug was covered in sand ( we are on the beach and understand ) but it didn’t seemed to be vacuumed up before our arrival ! If you book this room with kids please be careful because the dinning room table is glass & the tables in the living room are as well and the glass will easily slide off! The amount of dust on the lamps and walls were crazy in the living room ! The sliding door in the living room is BOLTED SHUT !!!! Only way on the balcony is through the master. Master bedroom does not look like the picture shown! They have updated with nice furniture BUT it’s a very very tight squeeze walking through there ! Seems like a brand new washer and dryer but dryer does not dry your clothes ! One load we had to run 5 times . The vent outside is clogged and a fire hazard! Has mold on the curtains in the living room ! We weren’t in the room most of our stay so this did not stop us!

Pretty good, loved the view, having the pool underneath the room left a light blue reflection on the ceiling that helped soothe me into a deep sleep along with the waves. Only downside was i killed a roach on my second night in the condo
