Beautiful lakefront home with wonderful water views. The property is very private and has its own beach and private dock. Boat rentals are available in Alton Bay and the private dock makes it convenient.

The home is situated on a private road and is very quiet. It's location is ideal and one can be in Alton Bay in 5 minutes, Gunstock in 10 minutes or Laconia and Weirs Beach in 20 minutes.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Thank you for staying with us. If you could please load and start the dishwasher before you depart. Please remove all food and place in trash if you do not want it.
Trash should be bagged and should remain in the garage. Please leave the AC on 70-72 and leave the keys on the dining room table.

Our property is a wonderful family home that was purchased in 1976. Our family has enjoyed many summers swimming, boating and relaxing on the lake. It is a great place to relax, unwind and create memories with family and friends.

The home is located directly on the lake and has a private dock and private beach. The home is an open concept with a wall of windows on the lake so that the sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the living area of the home. The home sits on a large lot with 200+ feet of frontage.
