100 feet of waterfront including private, shallow, sandy beach and 60 foot dock. Large level lawn perfect for family games. Fire pit, hammock, row boat, kayaks and canoe make this a perfect family retreat. Swim and fish in the lake, walk to Pirate's Cove mini-golf. Paddle over to the sandbar. Minutes to Tilton Outlet Mall, Wiers Beach, Gunstock Recreation Area, Restaurants, Belknap Mall and Meredith attractions.
