Comfortable apartment in the beautiful district of Berlin-Mahlsdorf in a quiet, green residential area on the eastern outskirts of Berlin.

The light-flooded apartment has 72 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a two-story family house. With its living room and two bedrooms, it offers enough space for up to 5 people. A baby cot is possible at any time on request.

The apartment was renovated in 2017 and has been completely refurbished. All rooms have blinds so that you can sleep in peace. In addition to the satellite TV, you also have a BlueRay player, a game collection and a darts game.

The apartment is completely available to you. Outside there is a seating / dining group for 6 people and a grill. There are sufficient free parking spaces on the traffic-calmed street directly in front of the house.

The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away on foot. Restaurants, cafés and bars can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity there is both a bus and a tram connection (run in 10-20 minutes. Clock). It takes around 45 minutes to Alexanderplatz and the East Side Gallary, and around 30 to 40 minutes by car.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, Sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Teuber verbracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten uns immer an unseren Vermieter wenden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung. Der Bahnhof Köpenick ist mit der Straßenbahn in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten schon problemlos vor dem eigentlichen Check in in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit der Liebe zum Detail. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhiges Ferienedomizil

Wir hatten 2 schöne Tage in der FW. Der Check in war trotz früherer Anreise nett und reibungslos. Rainer zeigte uns alles und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In der FW war wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Sogar Willkommengetränke waren im Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Man ist aber in 5 Minuten an der Strassenbahn. Auch Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das griechische Restaurant "Pathos". Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank Rainer

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In wenigen Minuten kann man Bus und Straßenbahn erreichen, sodass viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht werden können. Für unser Mädelswochenende mit Spieleabenden und gemeinsamem Kochen war die Wohnung ideal. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren noch die sehr bequemen Betten. Die sind uns allen positiv aufgefallen.

Wochenende Berlin

Hallo..... Wir hatten für ein Wochenende die Ferienwohnung im Berzirk Marzahn -Hellersdorf gebucht. Auf den ersten Blick war alles O.K doch bei dem genaueren Blick sah man Schimmel im Bad und das Besteck und die Gläser wurden nicht sauber in den Schrank geräumt. Wir finden das man für den Preis eine saubere Wohnung vorfinden kann.

Wir erheben dagegen Widerspruch! Eigentlich wollten wir darauf nie antworten. Nur zieht einen das im Durchschnitt der Bewertungen zu Unrecht runter - sorry, aber was haben Sie gesehen? Noch nie gab es solche Bewertung in den ganzen Jahren. Und keine Aussage trifft die Warheit, sonst würde das in einer anderen Bewertung auch mal stehen!

wonderfully renovated unit in a quiet part of East Berlin suburb

nicely equipped, comfortable beds, spacious for 5 people. Parents in the master, 3 kids in the second bedroom. Great big bath, all new. Didn't get a chance to experience TV etc but looks very impressive. Lightning fast wifi. Car parked right in front of house, secured by gate. Drove to Wuhltal station and took S Bahn into town. The U is an option there, too--take whichever arrives first. There is a nice kiosk for coffee and breakfast items right at the station. P&R lot is usually full, but plenty of street parking available. If you're having bfast at home, try the bread at Aldi in town. Piping hot, super cheap and VERY good. Gracious host, accommodated our very late arrival no problem.
