If you would please take your garbage to the alley & place it in the green trash can.
It would be most helpful if you could put all used towels in the wicker basket in the bathroom behind the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow any tpe of RV's or Campers on premises for extra space. No portable hot tubs or pools on the premises insurance won't cover it.
Please wash, dry dishes, pots, pans, silverware away If you leave a mess you an extra $25.00 cleaning fee will apply. Please take trash out to alley.
NO smoking in the house. You may smoke outside ONLY or you will be charged $80.00. To avoid damages put the outside umbrella down when not in use.

We are new to VRBO but have used VRBO in different City's ourselves so we thought we would bring our little comfy home for others to enjoy while their away from home.

Why they chose this property

Its cute, comfy & close to the heart of downtown area. Quiet neighborhood in Oakland. Guest The bedroom has a Queen bed, along with a chair that folds out to a twin bed, couch is a futon. Each have their own bedding.

What makes this property unique

Please note during the Winter time there is no access to the outside grill or patio furniture however you will have seating around the firepit
