This was our first VRBO experience, so I had several questions along the way. The hosts were quick to respond and patient in their answers. When we arrived and pet dishes mentioned in the listing weren't there, some were delivered within a couple hours. We had a great time!

Nice place!

Cozy half duplex that suited are needs well. In the past we had stayed at extended stay type of places but this was a great alternative that allowed us to get rest and beat the heat.

BEWARE RODENTSAt 1:30am on check out day my son woke me because of rodents on furniture and in our luggage in living room. (He also took a video of them. Be aware that one sleeping areas is the couch where the rodents were seen.) We spent that day driving to our home in TX and contacted the hosts after we got back. We messaged directly to inform them of our concerns with no response. We tried texting the host after 24 hrs and got no response. After contacting VRBO we got this message from the host. "You left your message on the day you checked out and did not contact us during your stay. Please note that you violated at least two of the property rules by bringing more guests than were registered and by bringing an unauthorized pet. I have reported these violations to Vrbo."Let me clarify that my husband mistakenly selected "2 guests" when he booked this listing for our family of 6. The listing clearly states it sleeps up to 6 people. In addition, we were not aware we had to disclose our 14lb dog. This VRBO clearly states that one dog is allowed at the property, which is why we chose it in the first place.The hosts have not acknowledged the rodent issue, have not apologized for the health hazard and lost night of sleep.Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews!!!RODENTS INSIDE Strong urine smell throughout homeGross stained carpets upstairsUncomfortable bedsShower pan unstable/leaking issuesHost won't take accountability(1500 character limit or would say more)

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Bathroom vents need cleaned. King beds in both rooms were very comfortable. Overall, great stay. Will definitely stay again.
