The Mountain Lodge is nestled among the majestic 14,000 foot peaks of the San Juan mountains and is surrounded by pristine ski terrain. This breathtaking property exudes a chic and rustic mountain charm while providing guests with a premium alpine experience!

This quiet corner unit has a fireplace, private balcony, complimentary beer, wine, snacks & views! Ski IN, Ski OUT, Soak, Sip and repeat! The Mountain Lodge offers stunning views at every turn and enough amenities, services and and charm to have you well taken care of when you're off the mountain! This two-bedroom / two-bath suite features warm design, a personal patio, a cozy fireplace, two flat screen TV's, a full kitchen with new appliances, new wood floors, ample storage space and a full rotation of resort-style services!

We stock our unit with premium coffees, teas, snacks, sparkling waters AND your first round for Happy Hour! The NEW Village Market is steps away from your front door and grocery delivery is available. Our guests are also invited to enjoy après ski cocktails (with crazy dramatic mountain views!) at The View Bar & Grill. This gourmet gastro-pub serves up creative cuisine, craft beers and cocktails and is a stones throw from your private deck entrance. After a day of mountain adventures, soak and swim in the stunning outdoor pool and hot tub deck surrounded by the jagged San Juan peaks! Recharge in the fitness center, detox in the steam room or lounge next to the massive stone fireplace next to the bar.

Mountain Lodge also offers a free shuttle service to to Mountain Village's extensive shopping and entertainment and other destinations throughout the area. Our unit is steps away from the new Village Market where you can stock up on groceries, high quality produce, deli items and your Apre’ libations. The Mountain Village core as well as downtown Telluride are both a short (and FREE) gondola ride away and offer a dizzying array of dining options, bars and entertainment venues. The free gondola to the Village core and downtown Telluride is located steps from our unit and makes zipping around the region free and easy! Our unit is priced SIGNIFICANTLY below published rates for Mountain Lodge because we manage this unit ourselves. We believe that the beauty of the Telluride region should remain accessible to a variety of budgets and lifestyles.

The Highline Retreat is the PERFECT choice for couples, families and anyone looking to have an affordable adventure in Telluride!

Our guests have complete access to ALL of the resorts amenities! Enjoy an on site ski shop and rental service, concierges, full bar and restaurant, steam room, workout facilities, complimentary shuttle service, gear lockers and more. On site parking is PAID parking and is managed by the Mountain Lodge staff at check in. Other parking options are available nearby as well. Given the proximity to the free gondola, local walking and hiking trails and the free Mountain Lodge shuttle, most guests do not need access to a car for the duration of their stay.

Telluride is amazingly beautiful. The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the snacks and beverages provided. Closest condo to the lodge, so very convenient and easy to hop on gondola. Looking forward to another visit. Luke was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great place. Nothing negative to point out besides the fact that we were in town for a half marathon race up the mountain and chose this place because of the hot tub. For our surprise, when we got back to the hotel after the race the hot tub was closed because of a wedding lol it would be nice to know in advance if amenities were not available.

We had a great time staying at the ski condo over February. We had two couples and it was enough space, kitchen was well stocked. Location was excellent for ski in /ski out. Enjoy the hot tub and the restaurant that is two minute walk no hesitations with renting this.

Fantastic Stay!!

This was such a wonderful location! It was a quick walk to the main lodge, a very short walk to ski right out onto the mountain, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and had lots of extra touches. The owner was great with communication and the lodge staff was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

High Line Retreat

My husband and I and our two teenaged boys had a lovely stay at the High Line Retreat. Clean, quiet, comfy, and with a fully equipped kitchen, the place was a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. We hope to return!

Awesome home base for skiing

This condo was in a great location with easy access to the ski slopes. Luke was a great host with easy communication and solutions when our flight out was cancelled. Overall, we enjoyed our time to the fullest and would definitely stay again.

We had a wedding to shoot in Telluride and the location of this vacation rental was ideal with shuttles embarking from the market just around the corner. Owner was quick to respond to questions and took care of a minor maintenance repair promptly. Comfy place and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the seltzers and snacks upon arrival.
