This was a great find for us for a last minute trip. The condo was spacious and well located. It had plenty of room for our family of four to feel at home while here. There was a bit of a walk to the beach but def doable.

One of the best places we've stayed near the beach

The condo was clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed using it as a base for exploring South Padre Island. We enjoyed the pool, although we got in it before its weekly service/cleaning so it wasn't immaculate (but was relaxing). Highly recommend and we will see if this condo is available the next time we visit SPI.

Mr Bennet has helped us book his property twice. Once in March of 2022 and recently in July of 2023. Both a 5 star experience and the property is in the middle of the island with so many fun activities within walking distance. Will most definitely go back

Beautiful, comfortable lodging. Close to beach. Upscale furnishings. Only one thing that does not detract from my rating is the listing did not state the stairs. Im 80 year old disabled veteran, and the steps were a huge struggle for me.

Why they chose this property

Welcome to CasablancaSPI/Surfside Landing, our home away from home. I first visited South Padre Island in 1983 and fell in love. There were many vacations with my parents in the '80s and '90s. We had our first "family vacation" in 2000 with three generations playing in the sand and waves of South Padre Island.

In 2009 we made our dream of owning a vacation property in South Padre Island a reality. We look forward to spending more time at the condo. Until then, we would love for you to make your family memories on the shores of the lovely and ever changing South Padre Island.

What makes this property unique

Staying in a condo is like staying at home...but a lot better. Our upscale condo is clean, freshly painted in 2025, we added new curtains, and two matching recliners in the living room. You can really relax while in the condo and there is plenty of room for the kiddos or a second couple to have their own space. If you love to cook, or just want to make a bowl of cereal, the kitchen has everything you need. What we really love about our condo is the walking distance to the beach. Once out the front door you are only 200 feet to the sand. At the end of the day, it is just enough walk to shake off the sand and drip dry before you jump into the community pool. It's a great way to end a day at the beach.
