Why they chose this property
Welcome to CasablancaSPI/Surfside Landing, our home away from home. I first visited South Padre Island in 1983 and fell in love. There were many vacations with my parents in the '80s and '90s. We had our first "family vacation" in 2000 with three generations playing in the sand and waves of South Padre Island.
In 2009 we made our dream of owning a vacation property in South Padre Island a reality. We look forward to spending more time at the condo. Until then, we would love for you to make your family memories on the shores of the lovely and ever changing South Padre Island.

What makes this property unique
Staying in a condo is like staying at home...but a lot better. Our upscale condo is clean, professionally decorated and most important: comfortable. You can really relax while in the condo and there is plenty of room for the kiddos or a second couple to have their own space. If you love to cook, or just want to make a bowl of cereal, the kitchen has everything you need. What we really love about our condo is the walking distance to the beach. Once out the front door you are only 200 feet to the sand. At the end of the day, it is just enough walk to shake off the sand and drip dry before you jump into the community pool. It's a great way to end a day at the beach.
