Beautiful holiday home on a large plot shared with house CIK656. The houses also share a driveway, basketball court, a lawn for badminton, volleyball and football and a children's playground. However, they are sufficiently separated from each other and a green hedge also creates a private area. This makes the accommodation ideal for two larger families or groups of friends. The interiors are tastefully and modernly furnished. A beautiful covered terrace and a pool provide pleasant moments of relaxation. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a sauna and a small terrace with a separate entrance. Visit Labin and the most beautiful beaches in Istria in Rabac.

Das Haus und die Lage waren perfekt. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen, genau richtig für uns. Auch für Hunde perfekt, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist .
