Beautiful cottage on a large plot shared with house CIK656. Furthermore, the houses share driveway, basketball court and a lawn for badminton, volleyball and soccer and a children's playground. But they are sufficiently distant from each other and a green hedge also forms a private area. This makes the accommodation ideal for the stay of two larger families or groups of friends. The interiors are tastefully furnished in a modern style. Pleasant moments of relaxation are provided by a beautiful covered terrace and a pool with counter-current. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a sauna and its own small terrace with a separate entrance. Visit Labin and in Rabac the most beautiful beaches of Istria.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
