Our spacious home is the ideal place for large groups, thanks to the four private bedrooms. Each room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and luxury beddings to give the whole family a great night’s sleep.

There are also three full bathrooms, plus an additional half bathroom. No need to wait around when duty calls! Each bathroom has either a shower, a tub, or a shower/tub combo.

The open kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. It features stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and all the basic cooking supplies you need for whipping up delicious group meals. There’s also a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary pods. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you're just a short drive/walk to local restaurants and cafes.

The parking was easy and clearly marked. The place was very nice and large. Each of the bedrooms had plenty of space with two rooms having adjoining bathrooms. A very nice stay!

We had an easy, quick stay for a competition property parking was tight in one spot but two were provided so no big deal we have larger vehicles than most people but location is super convenient, back deck over the lake is great, and the beds were super comfy.

Everything was perfect! Nice, clean and big enough for our group of 8. My only complaint if any, was that not all the rooms had a tv. I need noise to sleep so i used my phone to watch something. Other than that it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy,even after a whole day at the beach. Thank you!

Just north of Charleston

This townhouse is outside the busy city so it is quiet with easy parking. It backs up to water with a nice deck and the room are well appointed with excellent mattresses on the beds. Kitchen was great for breakfast and one dinner in. It's fairly vertical so only limitation would be if you have a family member who can't do stairs.

Great home base

Rental was very clean and very roomy. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the lake view and the turtles! This is not a lake to swim in or even walk around. It’s a small lake with townhomes around it. This worked great for us but I do think it is important to know. The location made going in to Charleston or going to Folly Beach and the plantations all really easy.

Weekend away

The host was very communicative and accommodated our additional check in requests. The house was a great size for 8 adults. We had plenty of room. The house is labeled clearly which makes navigating a foreign kitchen easy to do. I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay just outside of the city. It was a quick Uber ride in to Charleston and about 30 mins to Folly Beach!

Overall stay was great. We had a minor issue with fruit flies coming through the drain. Host told us where supplies were located and also sent an attendant to rectify the issue. Property has some age on it, but was spotless and very well organized with labels. They only downside was the late check in time of 4:00pm which created a late start for us but overall enjoyable and would consider again for annual business meeting & family vacation

Amazing Location

Wanted to spend a few days in Charleston before cruising. Daniel was an amazing host. The house was beautiful and had tons of room for my 3 teenagers. The location was excellent, just 12 minutes from downtown and 4 minutes to tanger outlets and restaurants. I loved the personal touches he added just for us. I regret not having more time to spend here. My kids gave this home 5 stars and so do I!

Family Trip

We took a trip to Charleston for the weekend and stayed here so we could all be together. This place was so roomy for all 7 of us! The kids loved the back deck overlooking the water and spotting birds, ducks, fish in the water. There are enough bathrooms so that we didn’t have to wait to get ready. Daniel is a wonder host. We had no issues with anything about the house but he responds so quickly on me letting him know we were on our way and when we left. I will definitely rent here again for our next trip back down!
