So glad this house was a great fit for your group! We work hard to keep it well stocked and super clean, and it means a lot to hear that the space, from the back porch to all the extra seating, worked well for a larger family. It's truly a great home for kids and big gatherings alike, and we appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful 5-star review.

We stayed to attend my son’s graduation at the Yorktown. Great location, easy to get to everything. The house was spacious and clean, so we all could be together or chill alone if needed.

The home was great! It felt like someone actually lived there, with decorations and plants that made it feel welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets, sheets, and towels. The backyard was great, with lots of toys for small kids to play with—perfect for hanging out. The pool wasn’t open during our stay at the end of March.

We stayed the weekend while we moved our daughter into CSU. The house was only 5 mins away from her so it made it very convenient for the whole weekend. Even though it rained most of the weekend, we did get to use the pool a couple times which was very nice. The house was very cozy and relaxing for us and we would definitely like to book again.

We booked this precious home for our annual family vacation. All the comforts of home with the best backyard. The pool and chill hangout area were so nice. The house was so comfortable and plenty of space. From the road this home looks very deceiving but once you walk in... WOW so much space. Beautifully decorated and everything you need for a comfortable stay. So convenient to local grocery stores and shopping complexes. Our family would highly recommend this home for your next stay. We hope to book it again for our next family vacation.

Excellent visit

I have been traveling to homes with my family since 2012. This was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had. Everything was well put together. There was space and linens and a well stocked kitchen. This location can’t be beat for nearby shopping and there was easy access to the highways to get to other attractions. It’s an older property, but the appliances were all updated. We might have needed instructions for the induction stove, but we looked it up on Google. There were lots of plugs for charging devices. We had five people in the house and the water heater kept up with us even as the weather turned cold. The thermostat was updated at the HVAC kept up with what we needed. I could absolutely recommend others to book this property.

Our stay in North Charleston was good overall! The house was well-stocked and mostly very clean. The home could use a few cosmetic updates but that did not hinder our stay. The rental property was about 30 minuntes from all activities that we did so that was great. The back yard was lovely with the porch swings and the fenced in yard was wonderful for the dog. We weren’t aware that the pool and lawn crews would be stopping by during the week, and the water was shut off for most of one day, which caught us off guard. However, Jessica was great about getting the issue handled quickly and even had bottled water delivered, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a nice stay — just a few small maintenance items and better communication about scheduled visits would make it even better!
