This property is centrally located in the DC area. You get to be part of DC but without all the issues with being right in the City (parking in DC can be a real pain). Plus, we're right next to Clarendon which is the new up and coming area where most young professionals are moving - with great restaurants, shopping, and amenities this is a great location to explore DC. We also have two metro stations nearby in Clarendon and Courthouse metro. This is the perfect location to explore the city.
