This charming family home features an intimate courtyard with a garden table, as well as a large front terrace furnished with garden furniture and offering breathtaking panoramic views. The entire house has been decorated with antique family furniture combined with seaside touches. Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a colonial wood-burning stove, ideal for the winter months (firewood is provided during the winter). The fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, etc., and the dining area create a welcoming space for family meals. A separate toilet and a dressing room are located on the ground floor. The basement is furnished with a sofa bed on one side, and in the next room, a futon and a television. On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a magnificent master suite with a double bed and a breathtaking sea view, thanks to a large bay window offering triple exposure. The suite also has a desk, a wardrobe, a reading area, and access to the bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink. Another bedroom with a double bed and a desk, also with a sea view, is located on this same floor. The second floor consists of three additional bedrooms: one with a single bed and two others with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. An additional sink is located nearby in the hallway for added convenience. If you are a party of 8, the bedroom with the single bed will not be prepared and will be closed (except upon request and at an extra cost).
