A 5-minute walk from the Place aux Herbes, the house offers the best of both worlds: town and country, in a peaceful setting with a splendid view over the Eure Valley. You can relax on the large terrace, enjoy the swimming pool, or have a drink on the comfortable sofas. On the ground floor, the house has two garages with direct access, and a large 100-square-meter room comprising a spacious living area with French doors opening onto the garden. The living room opens onto the dining area and the brand new, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with a sink.
