All new furniture, carpets and small appliances. Have 4 properties in the same complex. Two TVs, WiFi, heated outside pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, tennis and volleyball courts.
MINIMUM rental is 30 days or one calendar month. Application for condo association with -a 125$ fee per person or $150 per couple. Background check is required. Plus car information, copies pf lisenses.
