Beautiful, clean, large 1st level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Venetian Palms. Large master bedroom with king size bed and two guest bedrooms, queen bed and 2 twins respectively. Comfortably accommodates six people. Ideal for families. Outdoor activities include two tennis courts, ping pong table, two pools (one heated) with hot tub, exercise room, sand volleyball court, and a gorgeous club house ideal for private parties and events. It comes with one covered parking. Centrally located off Hwy 41, close to shopping, restaurants & golf, 12 miles from the airport, 8 miles from beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, full washer & dryer.
30 days minimum stay. This community is very quiet, and well maintained. For the safety of every resident of the community, a background check is required on all adults (18 years or older, $125.00 per adult or $150.00 per married couple)
