Lovely condo with all necessities!

I needed to stay for 3+ weeks and it was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had most appliances and everything I needed. Cute furniture and decor, comfy bed, and covered parking spot.

Month long stay

Hubs and I stayed for the month of March. Fantastic location, beautiful grounds with a lovely walkable lake, close to shopping. Except for noisy-at-weird-hours upstairs neighbors, a quiet and friendly complex. Manager was very communicative and responsive. Unit was nice to live in for our extended stay. Had all the basics one would need. Comfortable king mattress, but hot microfiber sheets(we brought our own and switched after the first night). Really missed having a proper coffee table(there's only a big velvet storage ottoman), so we put a cutting board on the ottoman to substitute. A little surprised to find a velvet sofa, velvet ottoman, velvet desk chair, and a fake fur rug in a place that gets well into the hundred degree realm for months at a time, but my feet were enjoying it. Loved having a desk in the living area as we were able to set up our computer! A second bedside table in the master bedroom would be very helpful, as well as a second lamp. Master bath area is wonderfully roomy, but could benefit from a towel rack as there is only a small one above the toilet. I bought a couple of over the door hooks from Dollar Tree to fill the gap. Large master closet is nice. As for the kitchen, I bought a storage shelf unit because the shelf supports in all of the cabinets were unreliable(they appeared to have been simply painted over in the redo instead of inspected and replaced). One actually snapped off in the large pantry as I placed things on the shelf(items were not heavy). I found an extra, replaced it, lesson learned. Otherwise, kitchen was properly stocked. It could do with a few extra small bowls, though. Washer and dryer worked great and were very efficient. All in all, would stay here again or any unit in this complex.

Perfect location to everything around Phoenix

The condo was nice with two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. Interstate 17 is only a few minutes away. Restaurants and other services were nearby. We felt safe here. Host was very responsive and even ordered a new bbq when asked if one was available. Greatly appreciated. Each day we pretty much had the pool to ourselves, no crowds. Highly recommend this condo. In fact we're now looking to buy a similar unit in this location.

Orange tree

This property wasn’t what we expected. The amenities fell short of the description however, It was clean and had almost everything we needed. We were able to pick fresh oranges right out our front door and they were delicious!
