Perfect for large families or travelers that would like more space to themselves. Located in the desirable Lakeshore neighborhood across from a beautiful park complete with a children's playground. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that we have set up to accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. Maximum 4 car parking.

The Space

Feel right at home from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the large stone archway. As you enter the home you'll find yourself in the grand foyer with high ceilings, a beautiful chandelier, and an open floor plan. This home
also features a kitchen with granite countertops, an island for added prep space, and a butlers pantry as well as a beautiful dining room for a grand dining experience. The family room has a built-in fireplace for a relaxing environment. In the back there is a large patio and good size fenced back yard. There are also fresh culinary herbs growing that you are free to use during your stay.

Other details to note

- Maximum 4 cars parking, 2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. Please do not park on the street per HOA requirement.

- This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

- Only registered guests are allowed to be on the property. No outside visitors are allowed unless host approved.

- If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.

- For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most internet carriers. 1.2TB data equals to:
-Send and receive 46,000 emails
-3,500 hours on videoconferencing services/apps such as Zoom
-Stream high-def videos for 400 hours
-Post to social media for 6,200 hours
It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100 to cover Xfinity's bill.
