Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful and quiet Federal Heights neighborhood in Salt Lake City. We are super close to the University of Utah and several nearby parks and activities. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The front and back yards are spacious and well kept. The backyard is fully equipped for outdoor dining and is a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

We have stayed here twice now and both times have been wonderful! It’s very clean, in a great quiet location, and host goes above and beyond with several little extras (snacks, waters in fridge, bathroom necessities that you might have forgotten, etc) to make your stay even more comfortable. The age and decor of home give it a fun nostalgic feel, like you’re staying at grandma’s house. We hope to stay there again when we visit Salt Lake City. Thank-you!

We so enjoyed our stay at Angela’s! As others have mentioned, it feels like grandma’s house. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the U of U. The outdoor space is also wonderful. Cozy Family Home Close to the University

We loved staying at this immaculate home. Our son attends the U and we enjoyed the convenience of staying so close him. The house is cozy and well appointed for families to stay. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Wonderful & Comfortable Home

We had a lengthy stay in Salt Lake City over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier with the home. The location was perfect and the owner so gracious and hospitable. The neighbors were wonderful as well! Hope to visit again.

Perfect stay

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the University. It was everything we needed in a rental. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of little touches to make renters feel at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

We really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room and really clean. Nice little touches of snacks, toothbrush’s and plenty of shampoos to choose from. Great location by the University of Utah.

Great Location

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and then it is so relaxing to sit in the backyard at night! House is close to the hospitals which was a must for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need! Would definitely stay here again!
