Lake front home

Deep water, year round, lake front home with fantastic deck overlooking mountains, lake, boat dock, large-flat yard. Enjoy the kayaks, lily pad, fire pit or indoor fireplace and gas grill. Home includes master-suite (king), guest room (queen), bunk room (2 bunk beds) and two full bathrooms. The bonus room also includes a futon (full) and twin bed. Kayaks and Lily pad are available. Parking available for 3-4 cars, no smoking, and no pets. Brasstown Bald, GA Mountain Fair Grounds, hiking trails, vineyards, and plenty of boat rental companies, restaurants, breweries, and shops are in the area! Kayaks (2 adult,1 child) and lily pad are available as well, just reach out!

Good morning, we are out of the house but wanted to give feedback. The bunk room had ants all over the walls. They were there when we checked in. Guest room had q tips and garbage under the bed. Master was great! All extra blankets and sheets smelled soured, glad we brought our own. Guest bath was dirty and had used q-tips all over sink and floor. Our 1st night we spilled something on the kitchen floor, we wiped it up with a wet paper towel, and the paper towel was black. I don’t think whoever cleans your home mops. The dock has quite a few spots that are rotten and there is a huge wasp nest underneath it. We were dodging a wasp the whole time. Thank goodness no one in our family is allergic. I would let guest know in the future that you have to take your own garbage off. That was a shock over holiday weekend. We had to go out and buy more toilet paper, only four rolls for 10 people for five nights? And last, you really need to clean your AC intake and change the filter. It was black. With all that said you do have a beautiful home with lots of potential you just need to talk to your cleaner and do a a little maintenance. Thanks for the stay.

This house felt like we were staying in someone’s home. It was cozy and a perfect location to dining and mountain sightseeing. The house was on a beautiful lake and the drive to the house didn’t have a steep driveway like many others in the area. The HOME had more than you could ever need to feel comfortable. Definitely considering returning in the summer to enjoy a different season. The host was quick to reply and the directions were clear. Thank you again to the host for sharing your home with others, wonderful memories were made
