Large spacious master bedroom with queen size bed and a sofa/sleeper.Along with private master bathroom.

Two large private bedrooms, one full size bathroom. Large open floor plan for kitchen and living room. A majestic back yard to relax in. Enjoy the grill! Very private surrounded by woods. It's great for kids and adults. Very dog friendly as well.

Overall good price but dirty and misleading details

Pros: The house is big and located in a nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities and the host was very responsive. The price is pretty good. Unique decor. Cons: There’s a tenant living in the basement and you can hear one another.. I thought this was very misleading. I wouldn’t have booked this place had I known this to be the case. The house needs cleaning. There were cockroaches in the living room. A spider on my pillow. The beds were uncomfortable and not so clean. The walls are very thin. There are only 2 real beds and 2 couch beds.

Quaint Hampton Bays vacation house

Great location, close to downtown and South Hampton. Spacious rooms, one nicely themed. Comfortable for 5 people and 2 dogs, with a cozy, enclosed backyard. But, the house is old and needs updates. Ken was very nice and communicating. Biggest letdown: lack of cleanliness, undisclosed basement tenant and uncomfortable beds. More improvements needed.

Hampton bays vaca

The place was a big house. But it does need soem cleaning and updating. Although thr price is perfect and thr host is very nice and accommodating. And he will help with anything you need. The stay was nice and we were only there for a night. Other then just needing some cleaning. The house was fine.
