Findling apartment right on the lake with its own beach, great lake view and terrace

A modern and very well-equipped holiday rental right on Lake Constance, featuring a private beach and several outdoor seating areas. In the summer, it’s wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake
and barbecue on the large terrace. During the colder months, the fireplace, the barrel sauna in the garden, the two-person bathtub, and the direct lake view invite you to relax and unwind.

The spacious 92 m² holiday apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. In the bedroom, you can drift off to sleep in the bed (200 × 200 cm) to the gentle sound of water or be thoroughly entertained by the 55-inch TV. The second bed (200 × 160 cm) is located in the living room, hidden inside a closet. During the day, it can simply be folded up and tucked away in the closet. For more privacy in the fold-away bed, the entire width of the living room can be closed off with a felt curtain.

Additional amenities: barrel sauna in the garden (sauna use requires an additional fee), garage, 55-inch TV (with Netflix and Zattoo), grill, canoe, lounge chairs, one large and two small garden tables, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Roller shutters on all windows, insect screens on most windows, a large electric awning, and child-proof electrical sockets. To ensure a healthy indoor climate, the apartment is painted with KEIM organic silicate paint.

The beautiful island of Reichenau has a special charm thanks to its many greenhouses, vegetable gardens, vineyards, and three Romanesque churches. It has been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental, there are several restaurants, an ice cream shop, a stand selling organic vegetables, a bike rental station, and a dock for public boats. A parking space and a garage are available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house; it is also possible to arrive by public transport or by boat. Pets and parties are prohibited, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Accessibility: There are no stairs inside the holiday rental. Access to the holiday rental requires stepping over one step; the beach is reached via several standard-height steps and one higher step. The door handles on both patio doors are positioned significantly higher, making them more difficult for small children to reach.

The private beach next to the house may occasionally be used by a resident as access to the lake (only between 7 a.m.–9 a.m. and 5 p.m.–8 p.m.). If you do not wish this at all, please feel free to contact us regarding this matter.

Sauna Fees:

- Use of the sauna: 12 euros per hour
- Deluxe Package: Dressing gown and slippers for 5 euros per person (optional)

Firewood Fees:

- The first bag is free. Starting on the 3rd, 6th, 9th night, and so on, you can refill each bag once for free.
- Firewood can be found in the left garage.
- The price for each bag is 8 euros."

House Rules:

1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking is permitted only outdoors; it is prohibited inside the apartment. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a fee of 200 € plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted and will be charged 30 € per night per person. Please let us know in advance if you will have overnight guests.

4. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

5. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and furnishings. Guests must report any damage to us.

6. We assume no liability for loss or theft.

7. Making a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
