The apartment will be completed in late 2019 and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance, which is less than 30 meters from the south-west balcony. Due to the orientation to the south-west you have all day light and sun. This apartment gives you through a large window front an unforgettable view of the lake.
The light-filled apartment with stunning views offers 75 m² living space for 2 - 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / WC and a 35 m² living room with open kitchen and direct views of the lake and the Alps.
On the sunny balcony (40 m²) you can relax during the day in the sun and enjoy a great view with lake and alpine panorama. In the evenings you can listen to the sound of Lake Constance and enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine.
