Do you want to try out a tiny house before you buy? Do you want a hobby farm? Well this property lets you do both. Come join the fun or just sit back and relax and watch the bluebirds! This micro tiny (200 sf) is all you'll need. Comes with a large deck, outdoor grill, air fryer, fire pit, fenced area for privacy and room to stretch your legs! 50 am RV hookup available if your friends decide to join you. Lake Hartwell is about 1.5 miles away and plenty of public boat ramps nearby. Hike Payne Creek trail or visit the local brewery. Plenty to do in the northeast Georgia area! Owner is licensed agent in GA and SC.
