FABULOUS OCEAN FRONT CONDO - AVAILABLE FOR A DREAM VACATION IN SAN DIEGO!!! ON THE BOARDWALK
Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Snapdragon Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants!

This 1500 square feet three bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Decorated in a beach theme, you will feel right at home. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full sized beds. 6 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have TV's and are located on the second level. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have 3 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs for your fun day at the beach!

Perfect for entertaining with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, and a cozy living room complete with flat screen TV. The front porch with a table and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike. Best people watching!

There is a washer/dryer in the small tandem garage. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front beauty. No air conditioning. We do provide fans for every room. The fireplace is NOT hooked up

Our family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the easy beach access and boardwalk. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The host immediately responded when the garage door was not closing and a handyman came within an hour. Sunsets were stunning. We will stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and up to date as well as very clean and comfortable. Nina was an excellent host and Cheryl got right back with me on the only need we had. Thank you for the goodie basket. It was yummy and very thoughtful. You were right about the garage being very tight. We will probably park on the street next visit. There was plenty of beach items available for us. I would definitely recommend this property for a beach vacation.

Beautiful oceanfront property

If you’re looking to stay directly on the beach this is the place for you! Awesome location close to shops and restaurants, and literally on the beach. Biking around the bay and on the boardwalk was fantastic, and you can’t beat the evening walks on the beach:) The host was extremely responsive and helpful, we will be back!

My wife and two boys (7,3) stayed the week at this beautiful home. Perfect location, right in the middle of Mission Beach and within walking distance of anything needed. As stated, garage is tight however we had a mini-van and it worked for us.

Great Vacation Spot

Our family of four was looking for a place that would offer a break from the heat in Arizona and these accommodations did not disappoint. It was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay great. Garage parking, 3 cruiser bikes, boogie boards, skim boards, comfortable beds and a spacious layout. Working with Nina and her team was easy and they were all very helpful. We will definitely visit again!

Excellent Stay/Family Friendly

Great area, and great rental. My family loved being right on the beach. We had a lot of fun and were thankful that they provided so many helpful beach toys and supplies as well. They left us a welcome basket which after traveling with two kids and so much was so nice. The condo was clean and wonderful. There were excellent ocean views and working with the property manager was great (she was very helpful).

Beach Paradise

This was my first time using Vrbo. I was very impressed with the ease of making a reservation and the communication with the Property Manager. Everything was exactly as depicted on the listing. Great location, Boardwalk and beach access. The unit was very spacious, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay and then some. Looking forward to going back!

My family and I just spent a glorious 5 days at this property. In fact, it was our second year in a row staying here. I cannot express how amazing this condo is! It has more amenities that we would ever have expected including beach toys, beach chairs and even beach cruisers! It's decorated perfectly. It's immaculately clean, the beds are so comfortable and the view from the living room is perfect for watching the sunset (although we lived on the patio). The location cannot be beat.

Everything turned out great! I was a pleasure working with you and your team. I have been renting VRBO in the Mission Beach area for over 10 years now and have to put your communication and professionalism as one of my top picks. Your staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and nice showing me the amenities. The property worked out well for my family with plenty of space and well equipped

We also have sand toys for the kids. You are walking distance to Belmont Park and it's wonderful beach front restaurants, roller coaster, and shops. Flat screen tvs and free wi fi are all included. Each bedroom has a TV. Decorated with a beach theme. You can't beat the view from the family room & master bedroom!
