Aloha and welcome to our TOP FLOOR, gorgeous panoramic OCEAN VIEW, ISLANDER ON THE BEACH Unit 341 in Kauai. Direct ocean view unit! This is a beachfront property. You are steps to the white sand Wailua beach.

Sleep to the sounds of the ocean breezes at night. Relax on the lanai with your morning coffee and pastry. Explore the beautiful island of Kauai during the day.

You get this ocean view everyday! No one above you.

Our unit offers the exact STUNNING DIRECT OCEAN VIEW you see in the big picture above. This picture is taken from the lanai. Some other units say they have a view, but you might have to crank your head to right or left to have a view!
Many guests have told me this view is better than oceanfront views because of the top floor and expanse of the view.

The view from the lanai is wonderful. Restaurants and shops in the Coconut Marketplace were only steps away and very convenient. Pool and spa were crystal clear and the pool bar had a 3-6 happy hour.

Great location! Just had a perfect vacay!

I’m traveling with my 4.5 year old and we just had the best vacation. This spot was perfect, with so much to do within walking distance. The pool was a highlight and the beach is just steps away. We would come back in a heartbeat and plan to recommend to all of our friends!

What a perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for all of our adventures - right at the beach with a great path along the coast for walking/biking/running. The grounds were gorgeous and clean. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

LOCATION SIMPLY THE BEST!

The location was great! Close to almost everything we needed. Our view was amazing. We loved sleeping with the slider open and listening to the ocean. Although it didn't have a full kitchen, for a 7 day stay the fridge and microwave was enough. The Coconut Market Place just steps away was a plus!

Lovely location. Really enjoyed our stay, and it was convenient to rest of the island from condo. Two very minor points which we were informed before our stay, but FYI, you need be OK with: 1. third floor with no elevator (we were fine going up/down stairs daily, but checking in/out with 50lb check-in bags was a chore); 2. kitchen is very, very tiny.

Great Location!

Nothing fancy but a central and clean base camp for an active holiday. Esther responded quickly to concerns and issues were resolved rapidly. The pool was a nice feature to cool off after an active day. Happy hour poolside allows a chance to meet some interesting folks. Lots of food choices nearby!
