School Trip

We had a great time! The condo was super-nice and clean. I especially appreciated that all the amenities of my normal home were there (pots, pans, washer and dryer, ironing board, etc.), so I didn’t really feel like I was living in a hotel. It was my home away from home for the week.

We loved the neighborhood and having a garage was a great amenity! Could have use a more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately it was raining quite a bit so didn’t get to use the outdoors much. We would definitely book here again.

Overall a nice place. A couple things would be nice to have: pod coffee maker, pool towels, kitchen knifes (larger one for cooking and watermelon) they only had steak knifes, kitchen towels and wash cloths. The community pool was poorly maintained. It was very dirty: algae and EXTREMELY high chlorine level. Also, 2 hair dryers would be great.. unit had only 1 hair dryer.

Disappointing. This property is in need of updating and deep cleaning. It has the distinct smell of someone smoking in it in the past. Carpets were dirty and worn. Kitchen utensils and accessories were limited and low quality today the least. Shower water pressure was terrible and ceiling fans wobbled so much they could not be used. My poorest VRBO experience to date

Overall allright to stay in. Not as clean as hoped-drums in the couch cushions and chocolate on living room blinds. Couch and comforters/pillows worn, broken cabinet door. Barstools wobbled (1really bad), not enough comfy places to sit in living room for 4 of us. WiFi not posted correctly so didn’t have it. Did get back to us next day on WiFi and did answer our inquiries before trip. Could use better toiletries in bathrooms instead of odds and ins and needed dishsoap for kitchen not just dishwasher cleaner. Nice location and was nice and quiet. Garage was nice but not numbered the same as apartment number. The pool looked nice but too cold and not open yet.
