Heaven in a Home

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! The mesmerizing waves that constantly changed with the tides, the comfortable and well appointed home, the welcoming and excellent property manager, Duke, is the best . For example, he checked the post office every day for my important medications and then delivered them to our door. Our favorite pastime, as I am disabled, was sitting in their huge double chair together and watching the ever changing waves 20 feet away from our window in awe. We highly recommend Changing Tides! My family fell in love with Yachats 17 years ago the first time we saw the waves crash against the rocky coast. We want to eventually be able to move to Yachats (our happy place) full time, so when we found this house we couldn't resist. We decided to buy it and rent it out while we aren't there so others can enjoy it and fall in love with Yachats as we did.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! The views from this oceanfront home don't get any better. and the house itself if beautiful and comfortable. It is great for anyone and everyone. It is a great place to work remotely for a time. It is a wonderful place to bring your family for an extended vacation. It is ideally located in the heard of Yachats and only 30 minutes south of Newport and 40 minutes north of Florence. Each of which are towns with their own coastal charm. There is lots of out door recreation near our home. The Cape Perpetua area is only a 5 minute drive away!
