Bright apartment on the 5th Floor with a spacious hallway with beautiful pictures, two large bedrooms (one of which can be used as a living room and bedroom). A floor-level shower room, a guest toilet, open marble kitchen with island, large living room, air conditioning, underfloor heating, two balconies. In the bedrooms and in the hallway there are spacious, light wall cabinets, all in all modern and high quality furnishings.

Wonderful apartment in great location

Really enjoyed our stay - it is a beautiful property and really spacious. Hadn’t been to Mellieha before and loved it - the apartment is well situated for the beach and sea. There is a decent “mini market” within 5-10 minutes walk although I preferred the proper supermarket at the other end of the town which took around 25 mins to walk to. Best testimonial I can give was that we were gutted to leave and would certainly go back.

Modern, spacious, wonderful flat - great location

Photos don't do justice the size and quality of this place, we adored it! The flat has everything imaginable and then some. Minor drawback (and it is very minor) would be the lack of WiFi.

Spectacular view

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with excellent air con in every room and a glorious sea view. The apartment is in a quiet area, less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants but up some very steep hills. A few small changes we would suggest would be to add a microwave, and remove the foil from the bedroom windows as it makes a crinkle sound all night long, i would also suggest two proper beds in the second bedroom rather than a sofa and a camp bed, and some furniture for the balcony so that you can sit outisde and enjoy the fabulous view. balcony.

The foil protects from the sun, and it can easily be taken down during night. There is furniture for the balcony in the cupboard of the bedroom.

Farther From Sea

The apartment is beautiful. Light and airy, modern, clean. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. If you are a cook, the kitchen is well equipped, just no microwave. ;p) The views of the bay are spectacular. The entire complex, pool, large lifts, safe, secure and clean throughout. Close to all the northern Malta attractions. Wolfgang is very responsive about all questions and sends very detailed information before your stay. If you want to be off the grid and just enjoy a family holiday this is a good place, as there is no internet service. There is a washing machine, pool loungers, plentiful towels and sheets, cleaning materials, everything you could need in the apartment. Cons: There is noisy and dusty excavating/construction in front and another permit across the street – so it will go on for a long time into the future. The noise is every day 7am to 5pm, except Sunday. If you are a digital nomad or want to do any work or streaming, internet it is NOT provided. Even the signal for Melita does not have a strong enough signal in the apartment. So, you will have to create a hotspot on your phone. Unless you have unlimited data, you will burn through a lot of GB’s during your stay. And it can get quite costly. We assumed it was provided since every holiday rental in the 2022 digital age has internet. This was our mistake for not verifying before booking. There is no manager on the ground to help with anything that goes wrong. the GO TV box quit working when we stayed there and the property administrator was not helpful. The GO people refused to send a technician and told us to bring the box into a store - which we did not have a car and there is not a service center in town. This should have been taken care of by a designated person on the ground, as we felt it was not our responsibility – a frustrating situation. It would not have been a problem if we had internet and we would have just used our Firestick for streaming. Obviously, it was difficult for Wolfgang to get the situation fixed while in another country. ***He did end up compensating us for the money we burned through on the pre-paid phone. We appreciated that. The location is up a very steep hill from the water/beach and an even longer into town. It looks like it is less than 2 blocks away, but more like a difficult kilometer walk up and down hills. So, if you have any knee or walking challenges, it will be difficult for walking. better to rent a car, but you can't use the garage. ;o)

We are very sorry aboit the noise. According to the law in Malta it is forbidden to do construction works between 15. June and 15. September. We have signalled the noise to the relevant authorities. The appartment is now also equipped with internet (wifi).

Schöne große Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer hätten wir es schön gefunden, wenn es zwei vollwertige Betten bzw. eine Doppel-Schlafcouch gegeben hätte, statt dem Sofa und der Klappliege. Auch konnte man hier nicht lüften, da das Fenster zum Schutz vor der Sonne abgeklebt war.

Leuk voor een paar dagen.

De eigenaar heeft zelf alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Het appartement wat echter niet erg schoon bij aankomst. Veel haren en veel stof. We hebben het zelf schoon gemaakt. Ook problemen met de airco. Gelukkig konden we dat oplossen . Het appartement is compleet met mooi uitzicht.

L'appartement est incroyable ! Grand, confortable, propre et équipé tout a fait correctement. La localisation est parfaite, la résidence agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus, toujours propre. L'annonce ne rend pas justice à cette location ! Tout y est mais en mieux encore ! La communication avec notre hôte est réactive et efficace. En bref nous avons réellement passé un séjour exceptionnel sur cette très sympathique île de Malte

Eine Empfehlung

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung. Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht sehr schön. Strand ist zwar nicht direkt nebenan, aber in etwa 15 min fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auf dem Weg in Strandnähe. Der Pool ist für eine kleine Erfrischung zweckmäßig. Nachteilig ist, dass auf ganz Malta rege Bautätigkeiten sind. Wobei sich das nicht durch Baulärm auszeichnet, sondern durch Baustellen und Kräne. In Summe aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben im Rahmen eines Festivalbesuchs auf Malta die Ferienwohnung gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Vom Balkon im Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht.

Wunderschöner Blick, Große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft: groß, mit allem ausgestattet und ein wunderschöner Blick. Viel Stauraum gibt es auch. Die Anlage selbst und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Info an andere Reisende mit kleinen Kindern: Der Stadtteil Ghadira ist sehr hügelig. Für Kleinkinder in der Wärme muss man einen Buggy haben. Da die Gehwege sehr schmal sind (wie in fast allen südlichen Ländern), keinen (!) Zwillingskinderwagen mitbringen, stattdessen Bollerwagen o. ähnliches. Weg zum großen SandStrand mit Bollerwagen ca 15-20min. Zum kleinen Supermarkt ca 10-15min mit Bollerwagen. Die anderen näheren Strände sind Felsküste oder Kieselstrand. Parken an der Straße ging super.

Perfect holiday!

Lovely property in a stunning location. Wolfgang was wonderfully helpful and accommodating, even with our very last-minute trip, and gave us both an early check-in and later check-out. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Malta.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir (4 Freundinnen 23-24 Jahre) haben 7 Tage in der tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und ohne Probleme. Sehr sympathische Eigentümer! Es wurde vorab alles geklärt was sehr hilfreich war. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und beinhaltet alles, was man braucht (Handtücher, Föhn, Geschirrspüler etc.) man könnte sogar backen. Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht zu Fuß die Bushaltestellen, einige Supermärkte und den Strand. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Magical Malta

From start to finish the communication with the the host Wolfgang was absolutely fantastic. We had difficulties with getting to Malta due to Covid, but Wolfgang was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We have stayed at Tas Sallum apartments before and really like the complex. This apartment however provided a much better experience than before, the apartment is a great size and very well equiped, you really do have everything you need including a fantastic Vue over Mellieha Bay. Infact we liked this apartment so much we have already booked for 2022!

Very comfortable five star apartments with pool and incredible sea views.

We spent 9 days in these apartments in September. Our family, two adults, two children and a baby felt like being at home. Spacious living room with comfortable large sofa, dining table and all amenities. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (cooker, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, food processor, etc.) and all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartments have 2 bedrooms, one with sea view and the other overlooks the Meliha Hill. It felt like we were staying at a five-star hotel. Wolfgang, Master of Apartments, has always been in touch and kindly assisted. We highly recommend these apartments!

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren eine Woche in dieser schönen und großzügigen Wohnung mit unseren 2 Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre alt). Ich fand es persönlich größer als meine Vorstellungen von den Fotos - gerade im Wohnbereich war ich positiv überrascht. Alles ist sehr schön, gut organisiert und sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist gut (umfangreiche Infos vorab und schnelle Antworten auf etwaigen Fragen). Die Anlage ist recht groß aber besteht aus mehreren Häusern mit jeweils einem eigenen Pool und Hauseingang. Das Publikum ist ruhig: viele Familien und Pärchen. Es war genug los aber die Hausordnung wurde von allen sehr gut eingehalten. Mellieha selber ist sehr zu empfehlen: schöne Strände, nette Beachclubs und Wasseraktivitäten, aber auch in der Hochsaison nicht überfüllt oder laute Urlauber (relativ viele Malteser die hier Urlaub machen). Anbindungen nach Gozo und u.a. Valetta sind auch auch mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut geregelt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Gozo und die Ghadira Bay

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorallem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts essentiellem (Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden und wurde nicht vermisst). Man hätte sogar backen können. Die Balkone liegen nicht Richtung Pool und somit hört man von dort nichts, wenn viel los ist. Durch die Lage zum Meer hat man fast immer eine Brise. Die Betten sind gut und die Einbauschränke spenden viel Platz. Alles in allem haben wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft

Ich und meine Familie ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren zum ersten Mal auf Malta und hatten hier wunderbare 10 Tage verbracht und uns auch dankt dieser tollen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir innerhalb von 10 Minuten andere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Fähre nach Gozo problemlos erreichen. Die Wohnung ist stillvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Möbel und Geräte hochwertig und sauber. 100% empfehlenswert!

10 wunderbare Tage

Wir (3 Erwachsene; 1 Kind) haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was man braucht (Föhn, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrspüler). Der Ausblick von beiden Balkonen im 5. Stock ist schwer zu überbieten. Es ist eine luxuriös eingerichtete Küche vorhanden in der man auch gern mal was leckeres zubereiten kann. Es ist in der großen, gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage (Tas-Sellum Residence) ein Gemeinschaftspool vorhanden. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants und den wunderbaren Strand Ghadira Beach. Wir mochten sehr, dass man sich nicht in einem reinen Tourismusgebiet befindet, sondern viel vom Leben der einheimischen Malteser mitbekommt. Der Service vom Vermieter war sehr gut, wobei wir schon mehrfach in Mellieha waren und nicht viel Unterstützung benötigten. WIR EMPFEHLEN GANZ KLAR EINEN AUFENTHALT!!!
