Family home Le Vieil - La Madeleine, 200m from the beach!

Come and put your bags down in our 140m² family home completely renovated (July 2023).

Our house is located in Le Vieil, 200m from La Madeleine beach and 3 minutes by bike from small shops (mini-market, tobacconist, cafes/restaurants).

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) open to a large space of + 40m² including a living room with 2 sofas and a dining area. A hall leads to a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer and separate toilets.

Upstairs, a landing room hosts a games/TV area with a 3-seater sofa, then you will find two bedrooms each with 1 double bed and a third with 2 bunk beds + 2 extra pull-out beds (i.e. 6 beds possible). A shower room and separate toilets complete the floor.

End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. A cleaning deposit of 200€ will be requested at the beginning of the stay and may be retained if the cleaning is not properly carried out.PGJyPg
Short stays possible in May, June and September (3 nights minimum)
During the short school holidays, we prefer weekly rentals.
