Perched at 4,000 feet elevation in the heart of Maggie Valley, Autumn Falls offers a spacious Smoky Mountain retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. Ideal for families or small groups, this inviting cabin accommodates up to nine guests and provides the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern convenience.

THE SPACE

This beautiful mountain cabin includes:
• 3 Bedrooms: 1 king and 2 queens
• Sleeping loft with twin beds
• Trundle bed on the lower level
• Day bed in the game room
• 3 Full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower on the main level

The open floor plan features warm wood interiors, a two-story great room, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Guests enjoy central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and comfortable gathering spaces for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures.

ENTERTAINMENT & RELAXATION

Downstairs, the game room features a pool table and day bed, opening onto a patio swing with mountain views. The main deck includes a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill—perfect for cookouts or evenings under the stars.

Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or soaking in the hot tub after a day on the trails, Autumn Falls delivers an unforgettable mountain experience.

ACCESS & SEASONAL TRAVEL NOTE

A four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle is required from November 1 through April 30 due to possible snow and icy mountain roads.

GUEST NOTES

There is no trash pickup on the mountain. Guests are responsible for taking trash to the designated dumpster before checkout or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the home
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• One small dog under 35 lbs (must be disclosed prior to arrival)
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years
• Please respect neighbors and the mountain environment
