Perched on the wooded bank of the lake, you will have everything needed to get out on the water including two boat slips, a private dock, a kayak, and more right at your fingertips. Not to mention, stunning lake views can be enjoyed from each of the two decks from morning until evening. If you want to stargaze, the firepit will be just the place to tell fun stories by the warmth of the fire each night.

Outdoorsy guests will fall in love with this location for so many reasons, yet those who prefer to simply relax indoors will also be spoiled with a spacious layout, four bedrooms, and a sunroom to cozy up in with a good book and cup of tea. Plus, the living area and kitchen will allow everyone to easily mingle as a homecooked dinner is prepared using all of the modern appliances the chef of the group is used to. Don't hesitate on this one, as it won't last long!

One of the key benefits of this location is that you will be quite close to the Shanghai Marina by water! It boasts a great restaurant, live music for all tastes, gas, and a lake store. Additionally, the cove is in a no-wake zone with calm water and minimal boat traffic. It's a great place to float and relax!

THINGS TO KNOW
- Please note there are steep stairs leading down to the water/dock.
- There are cornhole boards for the lower deck, two stand-up paddleboards, and a kayak for guest use.
- Please note that the internet is not high-speed or reliable for remote work as it is at times affected by the ruralness of the area. If possible, PLEASE refrain from excessive use of the internet.
- Private dock with one covered boat slip. There is room to park two additional boats on each side of the dock (uncovered). There is also a slip for a jet ski.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
