Conveniently located 4 blocks from the famous "gates" of Breezy Point Resort on Pelican Lake with three golf courses including The Traditional, Whitebirch, and Deacon's Lodge*. (*All Golf Enthusiasts, just skip to extra paragraph at the end of this lengthy write-up...) Pelican Lake also features sandy beaches, fun playgrounds, picturesque marinas (easy boat rentals) and user-friendly public accesses. Some of our local favorite restaurants include Antler's Restaurant (best ribs ever!), Dockside Lounge & Marina II (amazing lake views!), Palmer's Grille (rustic yet elegant vibe), The North Star (fun patio, local beers/wine with self pour option & golf simulators!), The Commander & JJ's Pub (great food only 3 blocks at 2 a.m.!). Pelican Square is 4 blocks away and features liquor, SUBWAY, blended ice cream smoothies, groceries, and all random items you need to buy because you forgot to pack them in a frantic rush to get on vacation!! Ace Hardware is 3 blocks away with live bait for fishing excursions. The Breezy Point Hockey Center/Minnesota Hockey Camps is 1 mile away. Oh, and strategically located across the street from that is the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center & Guidepoint Pharmacy. Snowmobilers have easy access to all of the prime trails and can park snowmobiles safely on property and hang gear in heated garage to dry out. If you love hiking/biking/walking, we have breath-taking trails (try Paul M. Theide Fire Tower Park) for viewing fall colors, snowshoeing in the winter or simply experiencing the great "up north" woods and scenery. State-of-the-art 18-hole disc golf park is just over the hill if that's more up your alley. A brand new Mini-golf opened last year and is 4 blocks away!

Primary Bedroom/Bath is on main floor, with extra large screen TV, heated floors with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity with tons of storage, Queen Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) has walk-in closet & TV. Queen Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) has 2 large closets & enchanted forest view. Pelican's Nest (2nd floor) features 2 King beds, extra large screen TV & sitting area with views of occasional nostalgic planes landing & taking off. Full bathroom and separate lighted, make-up vanity & chair plus floor-length mirrors scattered around for getting ready! Bedroom 5 (main floor) trundle bed with Full mattress on top and roll-out Twin underneath. Plush memory foam/hybrid mattresses on all beds! Bathroom 3 (main floor) has storage galore, spa salt, essential oils and bath products. Open kitchen/dining/living room space with vaulted ceilings, large screen TV, gas fireplace, center island with 4 bar stools, custom-made dining table. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the modern Samsung appliances (extra-large fridge with filtered water spout & automatic refilling pitcher and ice), Keurig with frother for fancy types, drip-brew coffee machine for extra thirsty types, Ninja (blender) for smoothie/daiquiri types. Other kitchen gadgets include toaster, mixer, crock pots (2 small, 1 large), warming buffet trays with covers, George Foreman Grill, & electric carving knife. We also include elegant, eclectic and casual dishes/glasses/serving platters, & utensils. Outdoor patio faces private woods with tame deer, gas fire table and comfy outdoor furniture, old-fashioned "real wood" fire pit for camping lovers, new gas grill for BBQs and fenced yard to keep the kids from exploring too far on a bear hunt. The 676 square foot garage has been transformed into a fun rec room with extra-large screen TV, electronic Ms. Pac-Man with 10 additional games, Golden Tee (with many additional games), electronic dart board, family-friendly board games plus adult games for bachelorette/bachelor party/guys/girls weekend shenanigans. Relax on the oversized leather sectional or sit on fun chairs with cocktail tables conveniently placed throughout the space that allow everyone to claim their favorite spot while sipping their beverage of choice from the extra fridge that also has ice, water spout and automatic refilling pitcher.

A new coffee shop is opening May 2026 at Breezy Point Resort featuring Caribou Coffee and gift shop. The famous Chocolate Ox is also opening in May featuring ice cream and specialty chocolate and candy!! There is a huge arcade if the kids are driving you nuts and you want them to make new friends their age while you grab a drink at Dockside. Serenity Spa is also right next door if you want a massage, facial, spa pedicure, etc. Pequot Lakes is just 4 miles away if you want to get your "shopping-fix" exploring all of the unique boutiques, specialty shops and more restaurants and bars. The majority of the bars in Breezy and Pequot Lakes feature live music/entertainment/bar bingo/meat raffles, and more!
