It is exceptionally decorated and offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a standard coffee pot plus bean grinder, blender, wok, microwave, dishwasher, all the pots and pans you could want, bowls, measuring cups- you name it, you will find it for your cooking needs. Kitchen has Granite countertops, top-line appliances, two (2) breakfast bars plus a kitchen island. A 65" Sony 4k TV with sound bar in the great room. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry room.
No need to bring towels or beach furniture. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, floating devises, children’s sand-toys, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, shark tooth hunting equipment and more are stocked in a private beach shed. Plus, when you arrive you'll find complimentary soaps and shampoo to start your stay.
Walk about six (6) blocks to fabulous outdoor/indoor beach restaurants and bars for a totally relaxed atmosphere with great food, and sit back and enjoy the live music. This is Manasota Key- relax! If you wear more than a t-shirt and shorts you might be over-dressed! Places to rent boats, wave runners or book fishing trips are less than a mile from the condo and many great golf courses a short drive away. After the sun goes down this unit provides plenty of entertainment with cards and board games.
There is only one road up and down the island. This condo sits beachfront, and on the other side is picturesque Lemon Bay- perfect for kayaking/fishing. For nature lovers the # 1 ranked attraction of Stump Pass State Beach Park (a natural wonderland-so bring your camera!) is two (2) miles down the road. Security Deposit
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of Check-Out date provided no deductions are made due to:
• Damage of property or furnishings
• Excessive dirt, sand, laundry or other mess requiring extra cleaning
• Missing property: towels, hair dryers, home furnishings, etc.
• Violation of occupancy (no more than 6 persons including children)
• Loss of keys
• Smoking or pets in the condo
• Costs Lessor may incur due to violation of rental/condo rules and regulations


Property Damage: The property will be examined upon departure by a property manager. If anything should not be in working order upon your arrival please contact property owners immediately.

Excessive dirt/laundry: Renters are expected to keep up with cleaning and laundry. Cleaning supplies are provided. No more than overnight towels and sheets may be left for the cleaning service.
