The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you can star the Dishwasher and washer for all the used towels that would be very helpful for our cleaners.
Please remove all the personal belongings, a $50 mail fee will be charged if mailing service requested
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pet weighs more that 50 lbs has 100 USD fee deductable from deposit. Smoking cigarettes/pot is not allowed in this property, $500 fine if found out.
Please take out the trash to the garbage cans and to make sure the dishes are washed and clean or put in the dishwasher and are running when you leave
