This quite community has a Secured pool and spa out your front door. There is a large greenbelt area for playing outdoor activities.

Every room has a flat screen TV- with a large Flat screen in the Living room area.
It is completely furnished in a Tuscany Style in the down stair area. It has a King Size bed in the Master bedroom , and Queen size beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Each room has a walk -in closet. It has a very comfortable front patio to enjoy the evening air while relaxing and having a cocktail. It has a 2 car garage to park your car or the rental securely.
It also has a Stainless steel BBQ Grill to enjoy your favorite piece of meat and veggies grilled up to your liking. It has everything but the food and YOU that you bring.
All you need to do is BRING YOUR SUITCASE FULL OF CLOTHES and Food to eat....

All house rules are in the house.! Take out trash, Keep house cleaned - make sure that all remotes and keys or placed back in place. Lock all doors

Use riding bikes at your own Risk! Owners not liable. Use BBQ Grill Outside Only!

1. Please bring in cushions from front patio prior to leaving. 2. Make sure all lights are turned off. EXCEPT front poach light!
