Furnished to a high quality on 36 m², the morning sun holiday apartment offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment shines through your attention to detail and high quality equipment.

Quiet location

The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!

Dog friendly

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. In about 150 meters there is already a first piece of forest (nature reserve) which invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide) and a large built-in closet with lots of storage space and electric shutters. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the balcony with a parasol and seating. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Busse sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und zu Fuß mit einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang zu schaffen.Wer mit einem großen PKW anreist muss wissen, dass der Tiefgaragenstellplatz eng bemessen ist.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Der Aufzug zur Wohnung passt. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, wir mussten immer mit dem PW runter ins Dorf. Dafür liegt eine Bäckerei fussläufig keine 10 Minuten entfernt.Alles in allem tolle Wohnung mit genug Stauraum und Morgensonne auf dem Balkon.

Wir werden wiederkommen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Haben uns gut erholt, Ein Minuspunkt, die Hundestrände haben unseren Hund und uns nicht gefallen, ansonsten kann man sehr gut Wandern und den ÖPNV nutzen. Wir werden noch mal wiederkommen. Auf Wiedersehen🐾🐩

Zentrale Lage

Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir den Ort in kurzer Zeit mit dem Rad erreichen. Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz, für die Fahrräder waren leider nur wenig Stellplätze vorhanden. Ansonsten eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Gut mit kleinen Fehlern. Es fehlen die Nachttisch an den Betten. Der Badezimmerspiegel ist sehr klein. Eine Lampe im Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Kissen im Wohnzimmer verschmutzt. Deklaration der Klingeln und des Tiefgeragenstellplatzes unklar. Unklar welchen Stellplatz man neben muss, und wo man klingeln muss. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen Arno Rotermund

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Macken

Insgesamt war der Urlaub am Timmendorfer Strand sehr schön, jedoch war das Bett leider eine Katastrophe. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist leider etwas dürftig ausgefallen, z.b. hat uns Küchenrolle, ein Spültuch, ein Brotmesser, usw. gefehlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut gelegen, vor allem für Hunde sehr gut geeignet, da in der Nähe ein Waldstück ist. Zur Promenade läuft man ca. 1,5km.
