Quiet location

The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!

Dog friendly

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. In about 150 meters there is already a first piece of forest (nature reserve) which invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide) and a large built-in closet with lots of storage space and electric shutters. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the balcony with a parasol and seating. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Parking & bicycles
