Welcome to "Triple Play Hideaway," a beautifully furnished two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Just 2 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 17 minutes from All Star Village, this prime location is also near the National Baseball Hall of Fame and other top attractions.

This custom-built home offers three comfortable seating areas: a family room with a widescreen cable TV and pullout sleeper, a second family room with a widescreen TV, and a formal living room. Enjoy the spacious back deck with extra seating and a gas grill, plus a large yard perfect for pre-game practice.
With 4 bedrooms, each equipped with cable TV and WiFi, the home sleeps 8-10 guests. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two have twin beds. This is the ideal spot for a memorable stay!

Deeply disinfected between each rental booking by a third party cleaning service.

This home is the ideal choice for families attending the Cooperstown Dreams Park and Cooperstown All Star Village baseball tournaments.

Comfort at the Coop

This house was perfect for our family’s stay during our grandson’s tournament. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. There are three sitting rooms, two with large tv’s, and one perfect for reading. There’s a large deck with plenty of seating, a nice grill, and a large-capacity washer/dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property convenient location

The owner was very nice, he walked us around at check in to make sure we knew how to work the TVs on the sitting rooms and air conditioning units in each room. Plenty of space, great patio and convenient location to the Dreams Park Ball field. A big plus and one of the reasons we picked this house is the box fans, wagon and cooler is has for the team to use in the bunk houses, this was a major perk and so very appreciative!!

We had the BEST time in Cooperstown, and the accommodations could not have been better! The kids had room to run and their own bedrooms, and I was able to cook and do laundry! Rick was awesome! He met us to get the keys and he was incredibly helpful!

CDP stay

Great house! Perfect location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Within minutes you can be at DP, restaurants and Cooperstown. The house was clean with multiple living rooms. We had two families in the house since our boys were on the same baseball team and the house layout allowed us to hang out together but also have separate spaces. Everyone loved looking at all the baseball memorabilia throughout the house too. Thank you!!

Cooperstown baseball

Awesome Location

We loved staying at Rick’s place! Of you’re going to Dreams Park, this is the perfect location. We had 8 adults stay here for most of the week and it worked great and included everything we needed. I will definitely be looking to book this when we come with our younger son in a couple of years. **One thing to note: the coffee maker is a Kuerig so buy k-cups.
