Welcome to Sunny Side Up, located in the colorful Bermuda Bay neighborhood. Sunny Side Up gives you access to all the OBX amenities: less than a mile to the beach, kayak in the sound access, stroll or bike to the Wright Brothers Monument, or Fly Kites on Jockey' Ridge State Park (worlds largest living sand dune), or float on the lazy river at the community pool in season. There’s a Disc Golf Course , Skate Park all a short walk away
After a day of riding bikes, relax at Sunny Side Up aka SSU with a game or two of cornhole while using our full size grill for cook outs
SSU has 3 decks and a patio, full bath in each bedroom, half bath on the main level near the fully equipped kitchen. Enclosed outside shower. Enjoy the sunrise on the deck or on the beach just a short distance away!
Clean linens provided. Ring camera is on for security. Please do not cover.

We flew in from Oklahoma , Missouri and Minnesota and had a wonderful stay here !! Beautiful condo and very spacious plus close to stores , restaurants and short drive to the beach . The host and property manager were quick to respond with any and all questions .

Centrally located for family activities
The house was lovely and spacious for our family of 5. It was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom and kids weren't fighting over who got to go first. The kitchen and dining room worked very well for a Thanksgiving away from home. We went to Wright Brothers Memorial, Jennette's Pier, Roanoke acquarium and Fort Raleigh, Jockeys Ridge, Bodie lighthouse, plus shopping and dining. The house was perfectly located.
