The space
The Palms is a one-of-a kind luxury home. Our home is Coastal inspired, spacious, and full of light and beauty. Relax and look out through the oversized sliding doors into the beautiful back yard or sit at one of the covered patios enjoying the beautiful outdoor areas and quiet neighborhood.

This newly remodeled home is your perfect vacation rental. You will know you have arrived to your Coastal Vacation home when you notice the Beautiful large welcoming palms on the property.

The home features an open spacious Kitchen with large quartz countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. While preparing your meals open the large windows and enjoy the tropical setting of the outdoor area or pass food and drinks to your family through the windows to the outdoor kitchen area. The extra-large dining room table is great for your family meals.

If rest and relaxation is the goal, head to one of the coastal inspired 4 bedrooms and enjoy memory foam mattresses and smart TVs in the Master and Twin Bedroom. Both newly remodeled bathrooms are stunning. This spacious home includes a game room with a Tropical inspired large slate pool table.

Open one of the extra-large sliding glass doors to your very own tropical resort style Oasis. It features a large heated pool, for you to enjoy year-round! Tiki bar, large seating area to relax, or lounge chairs to get a little sun. There is also a hot tub for an extra dose of relaxation. Grilling station with a sink and large counter top to prepare your meals. There is an additional large side yard with its own custom fire pit. Enjoy the large outside TV to watch from the Pool, Hot Tub, or Fire Pit.

Our amenities include plenty of towels, pool towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, linens and extra pillows. The property has a laundry room and we provide detergent, bleach, an iron and ironing board. Stocked Kitchen for cooking. You'll find smart TV's set up throughout the property- there really is no reason to leave once you're here!

Pool Heater Fee: $100 usage fee, $25 a day after the first 4 days. Pool Heater is set to 85 degrees. If temperature is increased above 85 there is an additional $25 daily fee.

How was accomodating when we asked about early check-in, home exceeded our expectations, very clean, the heated pool was amazing. All rooms were very detailed, all areas of home were very clean and very nice. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter was a nice touch. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future, thank you for a perfect stay!

PALM BEACH GARDENS RETREAT

Overall, the property was conveniently located. It was accurately described. If you are traveling with family with children this is an excellent choice with many options for recreation, such as pool, hot tub, fire pit etc. The yard is completely fenced and affords plenty of privacy.

Second Round as good as our first!

Obviously knowing a property is an advantage when going on vacation, because we knew what to expect. Once again, the property didn't disappoint. It's a great location close to everything, but removed from the main roads and super quiet. The pool and patio make it hard to leave - we got sucked into just hanging around the pool and the hot tub because it genuinely is like an escape (especially for us, leaving 15 degree weather for sunny and 75). We are already discussing a third trip next year. The host is so wonderful and communicative - she made us feel very welcome and was always quick to respond when I asked a question. Zero complaints, even if I wanted to nitpick haha!

Spring training getaway

Very good and as advertised. Outside seating area and TV availability was a bonus. Garage is not for SUV's or newer pickups just due to size. Obviously the original house had been nicely remodeled. One more half bath would have made it perfect.. Very nice neighborhood.

Great Spring Break!!

First I have to say that Laura was BEYOND responsive to any and all of our needs. Most attentive owner I have ever rented from. The house was perfect for our group - 5 teenagers, myself, and my parents - so we had most age groups covered! The pool and spa, in fact the whole back patio area, were fabulous. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make some larger meals, and the pool table was a hit. Thank you Laura for making our trip so wonderful!

Baseball tournament

We stayed for a baseball tournament at the ballpark of the palm beaches and roger dean stadium. This house is perfectly located in between the 2 locations and was a very comfortable house for our crew. The master bedroom only had a queen and the king was in a smaller room which was odd. But other than that house is laid out nicely.

West Palm Spring Break

The property and owners were great. Place was very clean and incredibly well stocked with necessities most places don’t offer, such as soaps, detergent, coffee, etc. Communication from the owner was top notch…very helpful. The only issue was the pool heater was broken, which limited it’s use for the kids. This was a major bummer, but the owner tried to get it repaired immediately after we arrived. Unfortunately the part needed was not available…life happens. All in all, it was a nice place to stay with the family, which included our two kids and the Grandparents:)

Best Place to Stay for the whole family

Everything was better than expected, spacious, organized, and clean, amenities for everyone to enjoy. The only bummer was the hot tub. The instruction and instruction pictures didn't quite match the set up of what is there. It was confusing to try to use, and took forever (over 5 hours+) to get "warm," but never quite felt like a "HOT" tub. In all fairness, we didn't reach out to the host about this issue. We just made the best of things, and the kids had a blast. (There was also some sediment at the bottom of the jacuzzi that was questionable, but the drain was facing the outdoor couch/tv area so we just left it as is, me and the kids got in anyways since it wasnt too hot)

Worked out well for us

The property manager was very responsive with our few small issues. The house worked fine for 2 adults and 2/4 teenagers. The outside TV by the hot tub was a big hit. It was also nice that the house had everything we needed so we didn't need to buy things like soap, laundry detergent, paper products. There are different levels in the house so might not be ideal with small children or elderly. The neighborhood is residential and calm although you can hear the highway. My only issue was that people kept showing up - pool and landscapers - almost daily, without notice.

Spring Training return

We stayed here for a 2nd year in a row so we knew what to expect. For some reason the house rules seem to be concerned about partying, late nights, etc. Our group wasn't about that anyway but it was a little concerning thinking the neighbors might be "picky" about guests staying, etc. We love the outdoor TV set up but this year theire was no volume control for that TV which was set at max volume and we were concerned neighbors might get upset at the noise and report our group. We could not control the TV volume either manually or through the remote which we got new batteries for. The hot tub is great but a replacement cover is probably in order.

Holiday Rental Gone Awry

We were excited to rent this home for our family to be together over Christmas ‘23. Unfortunately, when arriving and entering the home it smelled of heavy cleaning chemicals and deodorizing spray. We found the smell unbearable and started getting sore throats, with my husband starting to get physically sick. We reached the property manager, Laura, and explained that we considered the house uninhabitable for our family’s safety, and then departed the home within 10 minutes of arriving. The next morning, Laura responded that they have used these cleaning products at their numerous other rentals and haven't had a problem to date. I can only comment on what we found at this rental (perhaps they were trying to cover up a previous tenant’s smoking or pet smell?). In a broader review of the home, it appeared clean and nicely appointed. I would also agree with a previous reviewer that from the backyard there was an excessive amount of highway noise. As you may note in the listing location, the property is anonymously mapped between I-95 and Military Trail and is pinned closer to Military Trail, which is inaccurate and misleading. While not revealing the physical location of the property, I can tell you generally, it’s actually closer to I-95 and this is the reason the backyard is so noisy. There was also a fair amount of commercial jet traffic overhead in the 10 minutes we were there. I’ve rented VRBOs for 25+ years and this is the only time I have left a negative rating.

One of our best rental experiences

Easily the best owner we've rented from. She was not only amazingly communicative - the owner reached out before we even stepped foot on the property - she was also super helpful with everything related to the house. There was plenty of towels and toiletries, a lot of extras that made it feel more like a hotel than a rental house. The house itself was exactly as advertised - a beautiful open home with plenty of space, a true 'beachy' decoration style that we were kind of jealous of ha, and really nice linens, beds, furniture that was homey and well kept. The pool was great - way bigger than I expected and it was even cleaned while we were there by a pool pro. The hot tub was our favorite - underneath a canopy with a perfect view of the outdoor television. Watching the Super Bowl from the hot tub was a highlight for my kids! Another nice unexpected addition was the neighborhood - insanely quiet and quaint. Perfect when you have little kids. We walked around it at night a few times to enjoy the weather and it was so peaceful. Really didn't know the specific neighborhood at all and are now so glad we ended up there. This is a weird addition to my review, but VRBO veterans will understand it - the welcome binder was, well, welcoming for once haha. Many times we've gotten a binder full of "don't do this" or "this is how you need to do this or else" but in this house, it was so pleasant, and full of so many good recommendations, it was a nice surprise. We went to a few of the restaurants the owner suggested - U-tiki in Jupiter being our absolute favorite - and they all lived up to the hype. We have family who live in the area and even they didn't know about some of the recos - so it was great to have. I can't stress enough that if you rent this house, you will be getting more than is expected and have a fantastic place to relax, enjoy meals together, and never have to worry about getting an answer from the owner. We have already discussed coming back specifically because of how much we loved this house. Thank you, Laura!
