Everything you can imagine for a wonderful vacation in a new up-scale Daytona Beach Shores condominium.

This 4th floor southeast corner unit has granite countertops, jacuzzi, and over 2500 square feet of living area where you can see the ocean from any room. This fabulous oceanfront condo allows you to watch the dolphins from the balcony, ride a bike or vehicle on the beach, or just enjoy the soft ocean breezes and spectacular sunrises. Surfing, golfing, parasailing, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, casino boat, poker room, and the largest Flea Market in Florida are just minutes away. We have WIFI in the unit.

Other attractions within 5 minutes are: water park, fishing peir, amusement park: 10 minutes; Daytona Speedway, dog track/ poker room, antique shopping, 60 minutes; Kennedy Space Center, Historic St. Augustine, Casino Boat, 90 munites; Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World. If you like to stay close to home take advantage of 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, pool table, exercise room, or spacious party room.

Fantastic apartment and great host.

This is the best apartment in Florida we’ve stayed in, the photographs don’t do it justice. The apartment itself is very spacious, with everything you could want and has fantastic views over Daytona Beach shores. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with a blender, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery/utensils you could need. The living room has lovely reclining sofa’s and a great television with a full Spectrum cable package. The condominium complex is fantastic, clean and well-maintained with a club room and gym. It’s located on a quieter section of Daytona Beach with a Winn-Dixie supermarket within a quarter of a mile. Don was a great host, really quick and helpful with all his responses. We had some issues initially, as our flight was arriving late on a Saturday afternoon from the UK, so the office at the condo was closed, but Don came up with a great solution to allow us access.

Great place for a Family Vacation

This is our favourite place to stay in Daytona Beach! Condo is beautiful and well laid out with lots of room. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo; really like the wood floors instead of carpet in living room and dining room. Everything you need is here. We love how well the whole building is maintained; so clean and fresh. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs make for less crowding. Views from the condo balcony are absolutely stunning. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

We have stayed in this condo about four times. It is a wonderful place to stay, so relaxing. It is a beautiful condo and so well equipped.. Everything that we wanted or needed was right there. The owner was wonderful. We want to go back as soon as we can we loved it so much!

Pleasantly pleased

We have stayed in this condo for the last 4 years. Every year we're ready to book for the next year before we leave. Plenty of room for everyone to stay together or be apart. The condo is very well furnished with cookware, dishes, linens, etc. Everything is always clean. We've never had a problem. The owner has always been easy to work with.

It's a beautiful ocean front condo right on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores. You are close to everything. So many activities to choose from. This central location allows you to relax on the beach or plan for an action-packed day. Towers Grande requires not more than 8 people in a unit. We book our unit in 2 week segments. Call for specific dates.
