10/10 - this property has it all! We had a large family gathering- this space fit the bill and did not disappoint. From the fully stocked kitchen utensils, to the spacious bedrooms, and the amazing pool. Clean, welcoming, and space for everyone! Owners are responsive and helpful when questions arise - we are already talking about our next visit!

Absolutely beautiful home!

We had the best time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, stunning views on the patios, kids had a ball in the game room and we even caught a bass in the creek! Thank you so much for a perfect stay where our whole family could enjoy!

Amazing property

This house was awesome! Had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. It was the perfect space for our bachelorette weekend getaway. Great for a large group. Leah was very responsive when we had questions about the pool/spa. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect TX House!

The house was perfect for my family! There are eight of us and we had a blast with the game room, pool, hot tub, etc. Home is stocked well, including a kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for a crowd. Highly recommend this TX gem.

Loved everything about this place!!

We cannot have had a better experience visiting Austin. The house was absolutely beautiful, looked exactly like the photos, and was spotless upon our arrival. Additionally, Leah was so accommodating during and prior to our stay, we are so appreciative of her for that! The house was also equipped with everything you needed!

Amazing property!

Amazing house and was as described. Great communication. Clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Pool was amazing and the property is secluded and so peaceful to sit outside at night. My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay for our annual work retreat and meetings.

Best Place We've Stayed!

We absolutely loved this property! Of any home we've rented, this was the best by far. Everything was immaculate. The view was gorgeous. It was so relaxing sitting out back listening to the pool, the creek and the wildlife around us. I even caught a nice little bass in the creek right there in the backyard. The hosts were also very courteous, helpful and kind.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

The house was beautiful - just as it appeared in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a huge plus in that it allowed for separate hangout areas. We opted for the pool to be heated and our kids spent every morning swimming, even when it was certifiably cold outside! We would definitely recommend this rental.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay—truly a 5-star experience! The home is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a layout that was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us to relax, connect, and enjoy time together.The backyard was the highlight of our trip. We created so many special memories swimming in the pool, unwinding in the hot tub, and fishing in the creek—we were thrilled to even catch a few bass! The game room was another big hit, and our children and grandchildren spent hours playing games and pool together.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep easy and enjoyable, and we loved cooking on the grill. This home truly had everything we could have asked for to make our family vacation fun, comfortable, and unforgettable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Beautiful and serene property

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 16 to 85. We had people of various levels of physical ability and we were able to accommodate everyone. The home was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having dinner on the upstairs balcony while overlooking the pool and the creek was simply delightful. We had a wonderful time!

This property is amazing. Beautiful home. Lots of little amenities you don't get in other rentals. Owners were always present if we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Game room was amazing and property beautiful. Our family had the best time Lots of eating areas, living room and bedrooms very comfortable and pretty. Beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was large with a good mix of sunny and shady hours. Beautiful trees and creek. No mosquitoes but lots of wasps that kept to themselves. Functional kitchen with labeled cabinets. Easy food delivery options nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels. Sound carries at night with the open floor plan. Can hear every door and every step, but managable.

The property is exactly as described. Luxurious home on a quiet residential street about 20 minutes south of downtown. Large deck overlooks a beautifully manicured and maintained pool/backyard area. Wowzers!!! Just the PERFECT Place

Look no further (trust me I looked all over for the perfect house and this is it!). This house had everything you could want! Games, pool, amazing deck space, fully loaded with towels, shampoo, everything you could think of in the kitchen. So much care and thought went into set up of the home and the amenities not to mention Leah the host just being an outstanding communicator and tour guide with recommendations along the way. Order your groceries to the door, park the car and you wont have to leave this beautiful oasis! The beds and linens are top notch as well!

10 out of 10 Amazing Place

Everything about this experience was perfect. The house was beautiful. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easy and beautiful. The game room allowed us to play like kids and make memories on our last night. And the porch table was big enough for the 11 of us to eat and have our coaching sessions. My amazing private chef lives just 15 minutes away and took care of all our food. Simply amazing. Thank you Leah and Clay for everything! Book this property if you have a large group - you won’t regret it!
