Independent apartment in a terraced house in a residential complex in a beautiful natural setting between the seaside resorts of Rei Marina and Piscina Rei, on the southeast coast of Sardinia. Covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower. Costa Rei is a beautiful resort surrounded by green and lush Mediterranean vegetation, known for its white sandy beach 8 km long and crystal clear sea. The resort has a restaurant, tennis courts and soccer fields. In the same complex: ISD814-815-816-817-819-820. In the immediate vicinity a shopping center with various stores, restaurants/pizzeria, bars, tourist office , rental of cars, scooters and bikes, nautical services, diving center, medical emergency service , pharmacy. The beach is about 950 m away and offers various water sports. Possibility to rent umbrellas, sun beds, canoes, surfboards and sport boats. 15 km from the famous seaside resort of Villasimius, 70 km from the beautiful city of Cagliari (port, airport).
