This old and renovated stone house in the Koper hinterland in the small village of Pomjan consists of several rooms accessible from the outside. The living rooms and bedroom 2 are accessible only from the outside. The green property is beautifully overgrown with various plants, trees and shady vines. In the yard you have a terrace with stone barbecue and garden furniture. The owner can offer you homemade wine and olive oil by appointment. Pomjan has beautifully preserved its traditional architectural character of Slovenian Istria. In the region nature lovers can go cycling, climbing and hiking or make a short trip to the coast.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Wir hatten das Häuschen gebucht, weil die Bilder einen abgelegenen schön bepflanzten Innenhof nahe legten. Tatsächlich ist das Dorf Pomjan abgelegen, das Grundstück befindet sich aber direkt an der einzigen Durchgangsstraße. Der Innenhof ist wirklich schön, man teilt ihn aber mit dem Besitzer, seiner Frau und der Tochter, die in einem weiteren kleinen Trakt wohnt. Die Familie ist sehr nett und bemüht, lädt zum Glas Wein ein, wirklich freundlich. Die Sitzecke, die auf fewo direkt abgebildet ist, gehört nicht zum Häuschen, sondern der Familie, die während unseres siebentägigen Aufenthalts an vier Abenden bis nach Mitternacht dort saß und sprach. Zur Wohnung: ein Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss mit Tür zum Hof, das zweite ist über einer außenstehende, recht enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Man gelangt in die Wohnküche, von dort geht es links zum Bad und am Ende ins zweite Schlafzimmer. Da die Fenster klein sind, ist es auch tagsüber sehr dunkel in allen Räumen. Die Möbel sind dunkelbraun gehalten, vermitteln im ersten Moment den Eindruck alter Eiche, sind aber aus Kunststoff. Das gleiche gilt für die Zwiebel- und Knoblauchkränze, die oberhalb des Herds pitoresk ausschauen, aber doch bloß Plastik sind. Die Armaturen in Küche und Bad orientieren sich stilistisch am ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert, sind aber keine zehn Jahre alt. Sieht trotzdem nett aus, blöd nur, dass eine duschhalterung fehlt, einhändigend abbrausen daher angesagt ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt.

Tres gentil proprietaire, maison en hauteur dans un petit village idealement situé

Un pays ou on se sent bien, un proprietaire tres accueillant, apportant des beignets, des crepes, des peches, proposant son vin, donnant de bons conseils. Une jolie maison ancienne dans un village perché dans la montagne mais à 15 minutes de l autoroute et des plages. Tres bon sejour.

Sehr netter Vermieter macht das Einleben sehr leicht. Der Aussichtspunkt vom Dorf auf die Adriaküste ist atemberaubend. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Man muss natürlich das nostalgische Flair mögen. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, der Pool zur Abkühlung völlig ausreichend und das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zur Info, die Treppe zur oberen Wohnung ist etwas steil
