This property was amazing. 3 families including two 17 years old stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing. Plenty of space! There’s about 4 miles of unpaved dirt/gravel road leading to the home but it was well maintained and easily passable (even with heavy rain). The host was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable!! The outdoor fire pit was a great place for smores and family gatherings! Would definitely stay here again!
Property was very nice, lots of space inside and out, comfortable accommodations. The location was exactly what we were looking for, nice, quiet and away from it all - yet still had great wifi. Prop mgr was very responsive to communications as well. Definitely recommend the property.
This was our 2nd time staying here. The space is perfect for our family, beautiful location, and super clean house! The hosts are incredible and very helpful! We highly recommend this house for your stay!
What a perfect place! It was so relaxing and the perfect location away from everything but yet close enough to run to the grocery store. The kids loved the small spring and were so sad to leave!
This property was absolutely perfect for a short getaway with friends. Close to the Buffalo river and a short drive to Branson. Such a peaceful place and the kids loved the goats that were just across the driveway. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re wanting to enjoy peace and quiet and nature at its finest!
We had enough space for a family of 8 and it was a beautiful part of the country. The kitchen was mostly stocked and there was plenty of wood for the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to exploring more of what Newton County has to offer!
The property was beautiful. It was clean and had plenty of entertainment with a pool table and bean bag toss for the kids when it was cold out. Nice fire pit and outdoor grill helped make our stay more enjoyable.
We loved how we far out we were and had THE best time playing games and cooking. This place had everything you could have needed and more. The owner was so nice and helpful. We would totally stay there again. Loved everything about our stay!
We had a great time with extended family at the cabin. It was 4 miles down a gravel road but easy to get to. Cooked out on the grill one night and sat around the outside patio furniture. The place
This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip to float the Buffalo River. The host was very responsive, the property was cleaned to perfection and they thought of absolutely everything we would need. The weekend we spent here was full of fun and we made wonderful memories!!
Cabin is perfect. Hidden down a 4 mile dirt road which is just what we were looking for. House is well equipped with all the most common items along with a few extra you might have forgotten.
Beautiful house! This house was the perfect place for our family vacation! The kids loved playing in the small creek in front of the house, even saw a bullfrog our first day. It was a little bit further out than we normally would stay but we used the drive time for the kids nap time. Definitely would love to come back one day.
We choose to stay in this location so that we were about 45-1 hour from surrounding areas like Eureka Springs, Branson and Buffalo River. Check in and check out was one of the easiest properties I’ve been to. The property manager was quick to respond (if needed) and even brought us a baking dish (per my request) because there wasn’t one there previously. I thought that was very nice. There was a baby bed located upstairs which was nice since I have a 4 month old. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and all slept comfortably. The property is very beautiful, up to date and relaxing. My boys enjoyed the creek and the downstairs game area. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others!
This house was great for my family and other extended family to stay at over the holidays as a half way point between all of us! There were plenty of rooms for all of us to stay and loved the pool table and games in the basement to play. We had a fire outside one night with plenty of wood supplied and camping chairs to use. The only issue I could see is the 3-4 mile dirt/gravel road to get to the house. I didn’t realize this beforehand. Thankfully I have an suv so it was fine with my vehicle but others might have issues.
Loved the house overall and the host was super quick to respond with any questions I had.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
MOST disappointing
Beds were VERY uncomfortable. The mattresses were covered by a piece of 3 inch soft foam rubber. The sheets were too small for the mattresses.Ants were in the kitchen, not that many but enough that we had to kill several during our two night stay.Coffee maker had a dead giant flying insect in it and was VERY slimy on the inside. I was afraid to use it.The air filter on the Central AC was beyond filthy. Appeared it had NEVER been changed. Don’t know how the unit was even functioning.Only ONE fire/smoke detector in the entire 3 floor complex. All the others had been removed from their bracket. ( that may have been the most disturbing thing of all).Wasps swarming non stop on the deck out front. No wasp spray. The oddest thing of all, not a pen, pencil or piece of paper in the entire house..Was not expecting to drive down a non paved (rough) road for 3 miles ( seemed like 30.The grill was nice( even though we didn’t use it);Plenty of lawn chairs:Fire pit and wood were a big plus .
By far the best experience we have had renting a home. It was just beautiful, we had 5 adults and we were all very comfortable, with plenty of space. The owner was so friendly and th house was clean and well appointed prepared
